Thank you all!! Much appreciated

Hi Edi, I think supplementing creatine consistently will definitely have its benefits however I’m not sure your going to see humongous gains from using it. Years of training consistently and eating a solid diet plan will yield results but it’s never an overnight process and creatine definitely won’t speed up that process dramatically I’m afraid.
I was on the same train of thought, I can afford it so might as well take it I guess? Whatever gains come are always welcome

Last night Upper sesh was amazing, great progression on literally every movement either by reps, weights or even both! Excited to hit Lower tonight and rly hit that SLDL. Have an amazing day
-
Are your lifts progressing ?
There are muscle group which I’ve gotten stronger than before my 1 month injury which happened end of january, there are some muscle groups which are regaining their strength a touch slower, but everything is progressing on session by session basis.
-
I forgot to mention, SLDL is sometimes 2 sets, sometimes 1, depending on how it feels on the day, I do construction work and SLDLs are by far my most taxing exercise so I tend to adjust sets. I don’t do it for any other exercise.

Hi people! Writing again as I had to switch gyms and I messed around with a few different exercises + adding abs onto my lower days, got injured for a month and I’m slowly getting back in, I’d greatly appreciate any comments on my split besides JP’s reply earlier which I’ve applied to my upper day! I apologize for sending a link rather than posting the pics, forum doesn’t let me post pics on any device I try, I hope the link is good enough! cheers and have a good day/evening

if you dont enjoy how you feel at the moment and like the way you look then I would pull back tho a leaner position and then get back to growing.
Bodyfat doesnt look to bad at all to me in these pictures and I wouldn’t say its 20% personally and more like 17/18% maybe a tad low and if all was good ad you felt great then I would say keep growing a little longer.
However I know how it feels to not like the way you look and how it feels and how much this effects things day to day so in that case I would diet down
Thank you for the reply! I appreciate it a ton, I’ll keep pushing for a tad longer as you recommended, have a great day

I believe the link I provided doesn’t work.

This one should work properly.

At some point , 6 sets of presses , every 3 sleeps . Always stalls
Pull this back to 4 sets , that may seem low but just remember your needs to create new stimulus are low
2 x chest ( I would do mid incline , so still hirs sone Delts )
1 x overhead
1 x tricep ( this still hits some chest )Alright, thank you a lot for the insight! i appreciate it lots

Have you watched any of JP’s videos covering this?
I’ll check them out later today. I’ll come back if I have any more questions. Thank you!

I also agree, this protein looks fine to me as long as digestion is good
In general most of us favour a higher protein intake I believe
Thank you Peter, I appreciate your comment!

Welcome Edi : )
Others will chime in with more detailed help but as a basic , deep tissue ALWAYS helps in my experience. Alongside daily forced stretching for that and its surrounding areas will go a long way before getting to more advanced methods.
I have extremely fragile and tight lower back, hamstrings, shoulders. I find a daily dose of stretching my calves, hams, glutes, lower back, lats, mid back, traps, chest, arms and quads… help keep things quite stable. This goes a long way.
Then tissue work on top with foam rollers, coach massage cushions, and a therapist when you can
I have an appointment this Saturday, hopefully it doesn’t hurt as much as others have described lol, fingers crossed it helps me relieve some tightness in the back and calves! Thanks for the reply, much appreciated!

Keep us updated and let us know how you get on[/quote]Hello everybody! I got done with my first deep tissue massage this
morning and I must say, those were the slowest yet fastest a hour and a
half in my life. My calves and traps were EXTREMELY tight, I felt like I
was being interrogated for something lol. My quads were still sore from
wednesday’s leg day so he showed some mercy and didn’t use any elbow
there, he said they were soft and good anyways. Recovering for now,
traps and calves hurt quite a lot and I just feel very sluggish all day,
drank some magnesium and aspirin as recommended by the masseuse and
will drink water. Cheers and have a nice day y’all -
Aslong as digestion feels fine with the protein then I don’t see any issues with that amount .
Thank you Nathaniel! I experienced bloating and discomfort in the beginning but I believe it had more to do with the volume of food rather than just the protein. No issues right now and I’m even keen on increasing the food.
