Weight this morning as predicted yesterday 89.1kg
Today I went to Leeds posing with Rosie, we finalised the last bits of my routine & will make sure everything is kosher again on Thursday.
A leg set followed & I tweaked the session a bit based on bieng at ultra flex & where I am in prep.
So I took
•lying ham 2 sets : 8-10,10-12
•hack squat 2 sets : 5-9, 10-12
•seated leg press 1 x15
• glute bridge RP 15-8-6
•leg extensions 2 x 10-12
•GHR 1 x 8
Session went well, did nothing over kill and left 2 reps in the tank on every set. Nothing was taken to complete failure.
I predict waking up 88.2kg tomorrow based on output today posing, training and 10k steps.

Honestly don’t stress it matey , arching true condition will require you spend periods of time being flat where the body will deplete glycogen stores at a quicker rate.

6 days out to the debut
Weight at 90.3kg , I reckon I’ll be under 90kg in the morning which will be a new low.
In the 2018 season We loaded at 90kg, so we will probably load at 88kg given I got 2 hours posing followed by leg day Tomorrow which should leave me on another record low come Monday.
But let’s see what the boss does from there.
We trained chest focused push today. Very productive, PB on the first movement top set so I’ll take that extra rep.
The emphasis of training hard to the end with standard execution is very important , as Come loading time the muscles are primed well to absorb those carbs.
But by training hard I don’t mean running yourself to the ground and training to failure, but just doing enough each set and leaving a rep or 2 in the tank.
It’s important we start focusing on recovery and managing recovery and stress too.

We are still trying to eek out the last bit of detail as we go into a busy weekend of training. Got chest focused push tomorrow, posing with Rosie in ultra flex followed by a leg session on Sunday.
Day off today ….energy levels very low but the final stretch is now around the corner. So we keep marching confidently in the direction of our goals.
Early night for me as I want to maximise recovery and finish strong this weekend.

Thid is normal at this point, I’m on my 13th week of a 14 week dieting phase and going through the same.
You have to ask yourself, what’s more important? Getting a pump or the finished product?
Because this is just a phase you are passing by.

I’d personally hold off PPL for a bit and put it back in the tool box for later.
For your experience I don’t know if you’ve maximised full body splits , after which you’d move to upper/lower splits & eventually it’ll be a few years and you’d easily have put on another 30lbs of tissue as you now approach PPL.tb-jp.com/collections/clothing - The most anabolic clothing ever! |

8 days out , we had DENSITY DAY/ LEG DAY earlier this afternoon.
Calories have dropped again as we go for the last push, mainly around the pre,post & post post which has changed from 1 bagel to rice cakes.
Intra carbs are completely out except for 25g of sustain on leg day.
Jordan’s orders were to drop loading and take 180kg for the top set which I did and went for 10 reps leaving 2 in the tank. My top set was 241kg for 5 so significant drop, but necessary at this point, we don’t want to fry CNS & drive ourselves to the ground but rather focus on managing stress and fatigue.
So no set was taken to failure, and accuracy was once again the main goal with loading sub maximal.

You cannot fixate in sets yet.. why not work out how many times you can realistically go to the gym per week, that will in turn leave you with what split options to consider which will then in turn help work out the amount of volume per session then per week. Tweaks can then be made after

Rest day tomorrow, Jordan is happy till now but he wants me to grind a bit more and eek out more detail ..so we will see .
But he’s also mentioned a feed is due soon as the suspicion is I’m very flat.

10 days to go…we haven’t made any dietary or assistance adjustments in the last 2 weeks.
Delts and tris today, was a tough one to start but once I stuck 3 scoops of PREPARE down my throat I was off.
Posted a clip of A1 on my insta story , very happy as I added a rep .
I am feeling the fatigue but I am also feeling very positive. I am on top of other chores and stuff that I have to do and I’ve got alarms set left right and centre. Jordan mentioned that
@corinne in the deep of prep is very productive and sharp doesn’t miss a thing she’s meant to do whether it’s business or any other tasks. I draw a lot of inspiration from that.
I feel the motivation should and can cross over to other parts of your life & make you not only productive but a better person.
