How is the rest of your day set up in terms of sleep and rest? Do you nap through the day or do you get 6-8 hours at night?

Why do you feel knee wraps are not a great tool to add size? No doubt you can squeeze some extra weight with them on. This might be due to mechanical advantage of the wraps?

Like a steady progression of volume across sessions added each training cycle until you stop progressing?What’s the biggest technical aspect you’ll focus on in regards to training off season and pre contest? Removing the influence of cardio, diet, drugs and training sessions. Like as we all step things up a notch when prepping, if you understand me lol

What is the max recoverable volume? Out of curiosity, I always loved upper/lower split for ramping calories up!

When your start to prep do you work up to the usual dosages you ran last prep or how do you gauge things? I assume as you spoke about your body not taking to certain levels of compounds you would still try to use the smallest amounts??
Also training wise, would you prefer to up your training sessions before actually adding any cardio work? I listened to Bpak talking about increasing workouts from 5-10 during the start of his preps and I know you do your double days too!

Sticking to pro/fat meals for 2 days with no treats?
I’d say the urge to indulge would be something else, will you keep carbs out to sensitise insulin or what diet will you adopt?
