    Currently working with top/back-off sets as would be seen in log with additional back offs if i feel may be necessary

    Pull B today training at a different other than usual,

    2x Sa rear delt fly (9 rep, 7rep)
    2x SA high to low machine row (7rep, 8rep)
    3x standing t-bar row (5rep, 6rep, 9rep)
    1x lat pulldown (6rep)
    1x SA lat machine low-row (8rep)
    2x ez bar preacher curl (6rep,7rep)

    yeah currently tracking both training and cals/macros, currently going through a cut trying to lose body fat but struggling to find the optimal cals i should be eating to lose weight but along with have the sufficient energy to train on top of it. any advice would be much appreciated. I’m trying to currently improve upper back and bicep at moment as thats sort of my weak points i would say

    just after some suggestions or advice on my current way of consuming creatine, ever since I’ve started adding creatine to my sups its starting to give me stomach problems after consuming it. currently 100.7kilo 5”11 and taking 8g of creating along with 700-800ml of water along with my EAA’s

    Starting to come into play with affecting my training/cardio and dont know wether or not im taking it wrong or im classed as a “non-responder” as such .
