Tor, in the thousands of people I coached , not a single has this. She doesn’t have this, she has cake to mouth itis

Hahaha, I agree that is waaaay more likely.

There might be a slight possibility that she is has lipidimia. This is an illness that happens to some women. Legs look fat. Upper body can be skinny. And nothing can help this except surgery.

This is the only possibility to me if you or your wife is being fully honest here. 🙂

Watching the older training content with you and Corinne these days and its quite obvious also there that Corinne is not a normal human being in the positive sense. She is one of this 0,0001% that would excel in anything she put her mind into.

Also Jordan, if you do not mind me asking. You were heavy into fortitude training and muscle rounds at one point. Is this a method you would apply to your training once again at some point?

Tor, no idea mate . One thing I learnt from last year , is I won’t be making any kind of sweeping statement ever again, and just go with the flow . If stuff hurts or pose injury risk, lift lighter

Seems very reasonable. Appriciate the answer. 👍🏻

Hey. I believe you have spoken in the past about you want to enjoy this “the few years you have left”. (If I remember you correctly).

Since training hard and this drive for progression is so ingrained in you and so much part of who you are, how will you adjust training in your 40s and 50s? 🙂

Since I turned 40 last month I am curious how to adjust training ahead myself, if my joints start acting up.

Do you see yourself increasing rep ranges or adjust some other variable? 🙂 I hope you will find as much enjoyment and purpose from bodybuilding into your 70s of course 🙂

Really obsessive about how people on the site, yourself included set up their diet plans and how you eat. I didn’t see any veggies in your plan. You do not like veggies at all, or just do not write them up since the amount of macros in them are so tiny 🙂

I must be the only one here that mix it with milk. It tastes so much better that way 🙂

Sorry for hijacking this thread for making another question. However, its related.

Is there a limit to how many uis I should take in one shot? 3/4 iu is max? I plan to take 8 iu m/w/f in an off season. 🙂

    Hey!

It would be cool to see vidoes of you training on the site again. Anything like this on the horizon? 🙂

Hey Kuba. Since insulin post or/and pre workout increases nutritional uptake in the muscles, do you see any point to increase daily protein intake from 2,5/3 gram of protein per kg of bodyweight for someone using insulin both fast acting and long acting in a push? Or would only increase in carbs make sense?

Also, do you think taking fast acting pre and post workout is superior to only taking post? Thanks.

Insulin use is dictated by carb intake if your pre and post are carb heavy as they should be makes sense to use with both.

I don’t see any need to increase protein at all, this variable should always remain pretty constant.

Insulting doesn’t increase nutritional uptake as such it just supports it, this is where most people get confused. Insulin take exogenously is recognised the same as our own, so it can only do that I don’t think it makes it better it just allows us to stay more sensitive when used correctly.[/quote]

Thanks I appriciate the answer 🙂

I just don’t know anyone that feels gd on it high , even with tons of a.i drugs chucked at it and mast/primo ontop .

For me 500 is pushing it , if I was lean lean I can handle a bit more , but the look then doesn’t get better for it , I just can tolerate it

Yes seems to be like this for 80-90% I talked to. I frontloaded it for 1000mg 6 years ago like an idiot and got get the test flu. It was tempting to try to reach 1000mg by increasing the dose over time. But not sure it helps.

I find higher test doses just come with more side effects. Most have a dose that they like but I’ve found many sit around 600mg happily. Some need even lower doses and in which case will utilise other compounds. I personally don’t see the benefit of just a high test dose but ultimately it’s trial and error for the individual.

Yes seems to me that 600 is the sweetspot for most. Thanks for answering. 🙂

Yes thats a fair point. I think by collecting as many perspectives as possible may lead to the objective facts on the subject. Which I know is very unlikely ofc as people respond so differently. Its very interesting nonetheless.

How this relates to me is ofc as you say to only find out for myself.

I find it interesting that some people seem to be able to take 2 grams of test and feel great. I wonder if many here respond so well to it.

you always need carbs intra workout like Sas says and you have to remember this amount will vary in terms of what is needed depending on what you are training.

If you shoot 3-4iu pre workout – 30-40g carbs may cover you for a chest/shoulder workout but will likely not for legs.

always keep carbs in your gym bag just incase – liquid drink and glucose tabs.

If this is your first time using insulin I see no need to dose pre and post.

I would just pick one based on what you are trying to achieve both from the insulin, current goal and what time of day you train plus total food intake.

Ok cool. It’s tempting in that case to just go with the post solution and make it a bit easier. It will most likely bring the same results. 90% of the time I train around 0100 PM. Calories will be starting this push at 3500 calories and I will increase it from there. And ofc I will base my insulin intake based on the amount of food and not the other way around.

Goal is to add as much tissue as possible. 🙂 Originally I was also thinking of taking 1 iu per 20 grams of carbs of the following meal.
