With so many training sessions per week, how do you manage fatigue? Or maybe you haven’t noticed any yet? You seem to go pretty hard on all fronts.

If you would do a “deload” week what type of training would you scale back on?

I really struggled with 4 bjj sessions a week and 5 weight training sessions a week after a while.

I would use. There is no reason to expect any type of bacteria or degradation in sealed vials. A friend of mine found some 18 year ild deca in the attic. Best cycle he ever did.

What benefit have you personally seen from HGH? Ever felt you gained any size from it?

I’m not a fan of looking up for squats or deadlifts.

I’ve always kept my head neutral as it feels more comfortable and keeps my spine stacked nicely.

I always coach people to focus on a spot in front of them to get their head position and then lift from there

Yes this seems very logcial. What is your opinion on looking at the ground like 1 meter infront. Do you advice against it?

I also look down at the floor around 1 meter away when hip hinging keeps good neck/spinal alignment and works well for me

Good. Same here. Thanks Kamara hope all is well.

I favour the smith version over the free version. I can’t biomechanically explain why, but it just feels so good for my entire back.

So I would follow Jordans advice but I would rotate smith rows with a smith row varation, like a deadstop version just to have an excuse to do more smith rows lol.

    Hi mate

These don’t look excessively long at all.

There’s the odd bit you might be able trim, but if you’re really struggling to make it through these, I’d suggest taking a look at your recovery strategies and your general levels of work capacity.

It might be that you need to dilute the sessions down into a different split, but unless you are obscenely strong, these shouldn’t be unachievable for most.

(Sorry for hijacking and possible derailing the thread) On that last point, should workouts get longer because of longer rests between sets as you get stronger? Can I ask how long a typical legday lasts for a gentleman as yourself with your strength?

Nath and Clare have nailed this, I’ll just add that your suggested method gives you absolutely no idea how much food you are taking in per day. You are left with a total unknown, which isn’t helpful for understanding what our bodies respond to, and how.

Yes very true. I assumed it wouldn’t be entirely unknown as the the amount would be “The max I can eat in a day” and that was somehow a useful estimation.

I will continue with my strict plan of 4700 cals per day. 🙂

You need to eat enough so that you’re continuously progressing, but that doesn’t mean eat as much as is physically possible. If you can consistently progress and grow on 4000 calories for a period of time for example, then there will be no additional benefit to stuffing in 5000 for the sake of it at the risk of piling on additional bodyfat. Only increase when progression stalls, providing body composition is still in an acceptable and productive place. Yes there may be times, particularly for heavier, more muscular individuals, that food intake becomes a little uncomfortable, but it’s not just a case of ‘Eat big to get big’, it’s a case of eat enough.

Digestion and insulin sensitivity are key factors to efficient growth and recovery and also needs to be taken into consideration when pushing food up, so there may be periods of time when you need to pull back to reset, before pushing back up again.

Again to you what you say makes very much sense. Thanks Clare.

I do not want to add useless bodyfat on this bulk though some will come for sure.

I am also recently starting to be afraid of insulin resistance, so this is something I should look into. 🙂

Very interesting read. Also enjoy your videos a lot. I have always been very motivated for my own training watching people who train really hard. 😊

I changed from PPL to a separate armday so it turned into a more traditional split with shorter work outs. The best split will always be the one you like the most in my opinion.

I don’t think this is a sensible approach at all buddy. For numerous reasons. Which would take a long

Time to go through. Jordan’s comment isn’t just a one size fits all or an all you can eat daily buffet! There are many factors to take into consideration when growing. And everyone is slightly different. What you have outlined is a sure fire way. To smash your digestion to bits. Become very insulin resistant very quickly. And basically become pretty fat pretty quickly. Which is no benefit at all when it comes to training and recovery. So rushing the process by just slamming food is not what he meant.

Yes there is a time when you have to get slightly uncomfortable with food amounts, but not how your suggesting.

To give a full outlined approach most coaches want to know alot of information.

Starting with pics. Current set up for Nutrtion, training, anabolics, output and a lot lot more!

Don’t hesitate to some further details back in here

    NATH

What you are saying makes total sense. There is obviously a lot one has to think about. I am happy for your input on this. 😊
