Personally I think it is a very versatile compound,if you don’t get increased hunger from it I would say it is a better option during a cut

Never felt any hunger on EQ. Frankly never heard anyone experience that.

Thank you so much. Honestly, i know very little about the sport too! It first interested me when i watched the documentary on Netflix called ‘The fittest on earth’ and from then i just thought it was a super cool sport. It also covers all bases and is one of the best indicators of all round fitness so that really attracts me to the sport too. I am a complete rookie right now but i love it and will be exciting to see where it goes.

    👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Super interesting to watch your new journey Kiera. I have no clue about Crossfit, but you seem to be one of those few that will do very good at anything you put your mind into. 😁

Recent years there has been this insane fascination for subQ injections. It has to be the biggest topic on any forum where gear is discussed in my opinion.

In the past in the 80s, 90s etc hardly anyone did subq for steroids, only IM. They did get amazing physiques back then as well.

I do understand there is probably some reasearch saying subq is more optimal, but how does this minor difference make up in the real world?

IM for me always. Keeping it simple.

Drop all orals and add fats to meal 5 and 3, drop veggies to 50g if this helps with appetite. Those weights cooked or raw? Pushing up in weight all depends on body composition, so share a pic so we can advise a little better.

Thanks for info. Maybe change out chicken for some fattier meat? I prep everything and spread it across 10-12 boxes so its cooked yes.

I dont have a proper half naked picture, but I have an IG with 100s of videos of me training sometimes in tank top.

it really sounds like you need a little reset and mini cut before pushing on again.

I would also drop down to a cruise dose during this time and let the body reset and get healthy again.

Next time I wouldn’t use the Drol to try and aid in appetite on the way up if you feel this may be causing some issues.

Thanks Peter. Any reason why you don’t think just shoving down more food would help?

I will take a reset and mini cut 🙂 Next cycle when pushing will be Test, Deca and EQ. No orals.

Cool read. How much are you pursuing kickboxing? Is it only something extra on the side? Is it for mma or compete in kickboxing as well seperately?

Sorry for going off-topic. I am trying to figure this out on google, but I can’t seem to find it. I am wondering how you ranked in the world at your heaviest with your height. Were you at some point the biggest bodybuilder at your height, and if not, do you know who that would have been?

Interesting to read about your breathing in BJJ. I had to focus on that A LOT myself. I think its something one will struggle a bit with after lifting for many years. When stuffs gets hard when lifting weights, you solve it by bracing, hold air and push/pull with aggression. In BJJ you have to breath out, relax and stay cool. The exact opposite haha! 🙂

I believe this is a combo of the anadrol and the other things messing your digestion and causing acid reflux.

Tbh I would remove the anadrol asap.

I would not look to up protein it won’t help the reflux…I would simply just make it worse.

    Reduce calories.

    Remove drugs such as oxy.

Have 0 spicy food this makes it even worse.

Please post your diet also as this could be purely a dietary issue

    Also what is BP.

    What is BG on wake.

Thanks for answering. You make a lot of good points here. I will remove the oxy for sure.

I use some spice on my chicken and rice to make it tastier. That is it really. I also drink a couple of Monsters a day (I forgot to mention those).

Have you noticed that the loss of musclemass happens evenly across your body, or unevenly? I would know for me I would lose my legs first. I always lose strength in my legs very quickly.

Also, we want stellar video content of you competing in BJJ and CrossFit in the future, or there will be riots 🙂
