Hi Meg. I agree. After experiencing the pain in my back after I made the initial post I have decided to never do this again. Perhaps if the backpad was in decline it would work.
This gym only had a leg press with selectorized weight on it and this machine. Very strange

Nice to see you back updating and good to see all is well Sasan. Excited to see more.

Nice to see you making progress on all fronts Jordan. You said you are looking forward to sub 200 lbs of bodyweight if I understood you correctly.
Does this mean you would love to be as light as 80-85 kg even?
I assume being agile and fast is your main priority?

As I am quite aware that drugs starting working and doing their thing as you inject them, I have found for me that Enanthate ester I notice around 5-6 week mark. Acetate around week 2 to 3. Decaonate around 10-12
When people say they took Acetate in the morning and say they felt a difference in the gym the same day, I believe those are experiencing placebo.

It felt ok at the time except that I hade to keep a wide and high stance to get some range out of it. But it felt very bad just 3 hours later.

MemberAugust 23, 2022 at 9:42 pm in reply to: Opinons on vertical leg press. Yay or nay?I’ve used it before but it’s not very effective. Range of motion is limited, puts load of spine/lower back in an uncompromised positioned. I’ve not had this in my training plan for a very long time and I never program it for my clients.
I Much prefer pivot leg press, 45 degree leg press or horizontal leg press.
Yes after trying this I agree completely.

This probably explains why my lower back hurts so much I cant put my feet on the ground while bench pressing today.

Thanks to every one of you for answering. My plan is to use them both before leg Day.

PrePare Pro has stimulant in it, whereas Pumpage doesn’t. You can stack them together for the ultimate of pre workouts!
Thank you. I am actually new to preworkouts as the few ones I tried didn’t have much affect on me. What is the optimal time to use it. Get it all down before I train or during training?

Everything else is also impressive btw. Haha

Most BJJ comps even in Norway are streamed at smoothcomp.com so hopefully we will be able to watch it there. Not sure yet, but it would’nt surprise me.
