jordan, what amount of vegetables do you recommend for a meal? Will 300g of low-calorie vegetables per meal be too much?

this doesnt make sense to me at the start however its hard to say based on your E2 response but 300/300 would see alot of people low E2 and not in the best place to grow.
Personally I would go 400/200 – get bloods done at week 5-6 and then as always move up from here based off that and response/progress

After dieting I will have a break , bring my body weight up , hold there , then re add drugs and then go all the way up
So if your lean lean, I advise coming up 5 percent in weight , that fixes most people from binging , I don’t need to do as much as that , so I will go 250-258 ish, clear out , then re add and go 258/260-290

This is a bit early to ask, but do you plan to be on cycle during the entire 12 weeks of cutting. I assume you go straight into pushing body weight and strength after that and then how do you cycle? Do you have a 6 weeks on TRT doses and reintroduce drugs again in middle of push phase or how do you do this exactly?

Even though you are riding the fucked scale I really hope you reach your goals at the time you want it. And for the rest of us this is also really useful as it shows us we can always train harder and do better as we only have one chance getting this right. At least those of us in the 40s.

This happened to me a couple of times. For viagra does the trick. And also (some people are going to laugh at me for this) but I tried a penis ring with the viagra and worked better than expected. Occlusion is not only a thing for use on leg extensions it seems.

Hey Sas. So I have followed your log for quite a while. And its the most interesting log to follow. You have so good intution on everything you do.
Do you track macros for your food? Count all the grams of protein, carbs etc?
Or do you just reduce food up and down based on how you look and what your current goal is? This gives an immense freedom it seems. I am thinking you are so in tune with your diet and your own body that you can do that perfectly fine and do very well with that approach.Sorry if question is kinda silly haha. Thank you!

Norway has to be the most stone aged country when it comes to GH.
Very few people are able to get their hands on pharma GH. The few occasions I heard people were able to get pharma GH was people in the bodybuilding industry who also happen to work at a pharmacy and actually stole it from their workplace.
Other than that we have a very few suppliers of UGL pharmas that seems to sell ok GH, but even this has to be used at a high dose to get the desired effect and its 300 Euro for 100 IUs for those. Common feedback is that you notice hardly anything at 2 IUs a day with those. So my impression is that there is good and bad quality. If its binary (good vs not so good) or at a spectrum I am not sure.
2 hour drive into Sweden and the market is 10 times better.
I think Jordans next clothing drop should be clothes that turn in to pharma GH if you boil them in hot water imo

I do not exactly build them as I really love doing John Meadows training programs to the letter. I will try upload week 8 from the next program I am about to do.

I feel like if you can get away with training 5-6 I’d probably do that over 4 but if 4 suits your routine then that will be your better option
Yes. My plan is also to do one day of jiu jitsu a week just for cardio and staying fit. I do feel a bit beat up currently training as hard as I can 6 days a week.
