I switched to upper/lower for the last 5 weeks and its hardest training recovery wise I have ever done. I can feel some nausea and think “How am I supposed to do this again buth with one extra rep or kg on all sets in 3-4 days”. I am wondering if you are proper fucked only in terms of physically/cns drained or does it also affect you mentally as well? I assume its equally both at your level because the loads you are using are massive and I wonder if you could talk about if you have any negative feelings, thoughts, doubts which you need to overcome.

Hey Jordan, i was wondering why in the upper lower and the full body the triceps quads and shoulders all get two exercises while the rest only get one. My question is wouldnt that lead to weak-points in the physique?

Hey Kuba. Quick question for you about protein powder. Do you think there are any downsides to proteinpowder over protein from whole foods like meat? I do not have any digestive issues with whey protein at all. Would you try to limit the amount of protein powder you take in a day? I have only meal a day from whey and the rest from meat. Does it make any difference?

Thanks Kamara. This seemed completely outlandish to me as well. My friend does her best in trying to advice her away from this with the information I have given her. I hope she listens eventually.

Good point. My friend didn’t say what doses she was told to use, but I would assume its the pretty “standard” dose of 100 mg of primo, 10-20 mg of anavar and winstrol.

I see that you are aggressive (at least compared to me) with the food and you go by look and feel.
What do you do to avoid waking up one day and see that you gained too fast and if this ever happened what do you do? Do you reduce carbs down to deficit and mini cut, lower to a maintainance or you do not mind this too much and roll with it?

I am aggressive compared to most bodybuilders and coaches these days. But for me it’s not aggressive it’s just how I prefer it. I don’t mind getting sloppy cos I know I can still grow. But obviously I don’t like to get too fat.
If I wake up and see / feel it’s getting out of hand and I’m gaining more fat rather then muscle I will hold food there and maybe get more active for a few days. Extra steps. I don’t like mini cuts and I don’t like to reduce food. Once I got a food level I like it to stay there. Yes. I can. It will seem strange for ocd reason to eat “breakfast” later but I can certainly do it.

Combine exogenous insulin with higher fat meal, you will store more fat from it regardless of energy balance.I would avoid it

It must be frustrating for someone like you who know the recipe to get big, and see so many people want to avoid that recipe like its a piece of rotten fish. Seems like they think that they can outsmart hard work and a lot of eating with whatever is some percentage more optimal according to some guy on Tiktok.
I am happy we have this forum where we can get some solid info on what needs to be done and how to do it.
