    Been a couple years since I’ve been on here but seeing you start this new chapter it made me come back in to take a look at your log and had a good read.

    Congrats James… Video sounds like a good idea.

    In regards to growing. I understand you will want to increase your overall size for the pro ranks but do you have any specific areas you will be paying attention too ? and if so how will you be going around doing that to make sure those areas do improve. Im wondering because I’m hoping Jordan and yourself may have a good idea on how this is done. Instead of the normal (train it more often) lol, I think that’s the true testament to a great B.B. is being able to bring up weak points.

    Jordan, in regards to you saying another year until you feel you will be your best and ready. Do you think you may just get that the same next year. (As there’s always gonna be improvements to be made) You should go for it. You never know until you try

    Thanks for the response Scott, I was hoping to hear that.. I have been on a prep diet where pro was reasonably higher so just wanted a few opinions incase I went a little low with it, I’m only 175lb/180lb and yes goal is just to progress lifts and keep Body weight the same ish.

    Another supplements add.. What do you think about taking ALA post workout to help shuttle the carbs like matador but much cheaper option ?

    Thanks gents.. I have done them in the past as a finisher but never paid to much attention but seeing you guys doing heavy in the vids has made me want to get involved ! They are going into my programme for sure !

    O right ok. May sound daft but when weighing out I wouldn’t know how much of it I’m actually getting and how much is still sat in the frying pan. Maybe I should get some and give it a try then I’ll soon find out wont I

    If dieting on moderate carbs lower fat do you ever include higher fat lower carb days ? Or keep it low fat and have high carb refeeds. 250p 255c 55f, great logs I’m learning a lot keep them coming.
