Just seen your latest post on Instagram… looking like granite! Shoulders like boulders!

Cheers guys! Yeah 20 weeks to my target so ill just keep eating up to the numbers. With having quite a sedentary job (i’m at a desk for 10 hours a day, and drive an hour there, and an hour back) I was just viewing it that it was another way to extend the deficit.

In this circumstance, I’d probably say you either go in the cut or you work towards a bulk pal, very hard to do both at the Same time! I’m no expert like but just my opinion

Hi max,
Yeah I employ a similar strategy to what you wrote above. My carbs are lower on rest days as I have no intra/post workout carbs/shake and other meals are a little smaller.
I just feel some time I could drop further with the carbs and not suffer too much.

Just out of curiousity, what is the Cialis pre workout for?
I know what cialis is, just curious why you are using it then.

Since the pharma test enanthate comes in 250mg amps, would 250mg per week be too low?
1.5ml would be 375mg dose but would I have to leave the other half ml in a barrel till next shot and would it last?
Now would be as good a time as ever to get back on, I’ve had some good strength gains over the winter naturally, which are starting to taper off but some of my lifts are nearly as strong as last cycle now!!
Cheers

I realise you aren’t competing this year but what is your plan within the off season? Do you aim to be have increased kcals for X amount of time then do a tidy up and go again or will you keep the kcals high throughout?
Looking forward to following this blog!

Hi Danny,
I have always took that as two complete work sets, excluding warm up sets. Deep into the season you shouldn’t be needing 3 or 4 sets of “warm up” really though, maybe one feeler set would suffice.
Hope this helps

I realise I wrote this thread 18 months ago, and I made new thread earlier but that discusses more diet aspect…
– 66lbs down,
– lifts all up but not quite PB’s
– match fitness is good
– sprinting speed is almost the quickest I’ve ever been.
– weight training volume has now dropped to 2 sessions a week as discussed above as we move into the league fixtures.I had a good season last season, I had a couple of MOM performances and got a few tries also. Here’s to the next 8 months or so as the 2017/18 season starts.

Apologies, I have just realised that this should of been in the “Supplementation” forum!

Thanks for the insight into what you will be using. Its always interesting to see what the real big guys are using, and also not just hearing “bro science”.
The fortitude training sounds like it really kicks your ass, looks like its a great method. Did I see someone say the e-book is only £13?
What show are you working towards?

Just noticed you wrote about re-adding anabolics, what are you using this cycle, if you don’t mind me asking?
And do you have a preferred anabolic? I seen you said on your video you would use Deca on a 2nd cycle, is that still a preferred choice to you now with a few years experience yourself?
How much more will you drop before introducing CV?
