    I would always favour a smaller food reduction and upping output first for most.

    so a 200kcal drop and increasing steps by 2k for example

    There’s room here to add in cardio and increase steps to increase the deficit instead of always pulling calories when things stall.

    Where will be the best to add cardio? I’m doing fasted steps, so would be better do it fasted cardio + 10k steps? And how much carido? Thanks
