Just appropriate splits that allow for appropriate rest
If you want big arms , just do your dips while taking your body weight up
The splits you have written will see your arms go backwards
Or that my second split but push is just chest and shoulders?

Agree with the others, if you feel good well keep it like this . If then you got digestive issues, lower proteins a bit

I don’t think it’s necessarily too high, so long as you experience no digestion issues. What amount of carbs and fats are you having right now?
I have around 330g of carbs, this will go below becasue i’m in diet and fats around 60-65g.[/quote]
If you feel ok right now, I’d stick with what you’re doing, then look to increase carbs when you need to add more food.

Food/empty stomach makes no diff
Real ephedrine has a short half
Life , so I used to take it twice a day
I don’t actually know anyone really that uses this anymore , I think it just exhausts you for no benefit compared to clen , as it burns the candle at both ends , as it’s stimulatory effects just create a hole that you can’t climb out from, if you actually train hard
Is ephedra extract real ephedrine or it´s something different?

If you would be hitting legs 1 per week, how would set up looked in terms of exericses/volume, if it would be different than running in push pull rest legs rest where frequency is higher. thanks

Take weekly photos of yourself along with your weight. If you’re continuously seeing visual progress, keep going, if the progress stalls more than 2 weeks in a row then adjust diet/cardio accordingly to keep it moving
I like to go higher at first, and then smaller adjustments after that. So you can start with 500, and then after no longer seeing progress on that do the 200
