Is this your current exercise order and is this all you do in a week for chest if it’s a weakness?
Yes this is current order and second push day is shoulder dominant – cuff raise floor height, high incline db press, machine chest press first 3 exercises

Both will be great movements if you stay consistent with them
And build them up over time – people opt for machines for there less risk factor doesn’t mean these movements above
aren’t great
Thanks Meg!

Toni, can you answer the question about what your goal is so we can further help you
My goal is to step on stage in 2025

What are your goals?
Condition looks good as a bodybuilder to be truly peeled for a show you’re looking at like a 8-10 week out condition here don’t depends what the goal behind the diet and your journey is for.
If it’s just a simple mini cut sure you can start a reverse and slowly build cals up again as your not super peeled no need to take body weight up quick you can be steady from here
As there is only one pic I can see “abs and thigh” I can’t really say what split to use and again I don’t know your goals if you want overall mass a PPL or Upper Lower will be great as both if you split your volume across the sessions evenly will allow you to build good mass – give lots of effort, stay consistent and you’ll see things build
Thank you Meg

It’s just going to take time – it’s not a bad thing to stay hungry. The things you didn’t to manage appetite in your diet – extra caffeine, a fizzy drink, staying busy keep doing that now and over time you’ll be able to slowly reduce that
Thanks

MemberMay 11, 2024 at 11:29 am in reply to: How to get hunger back to normal after diet phase? The longer you are really hungry too , and while weight is creeping up and lifts are progressing , you can be sure it’s quality going on . That extreme hunger although very annoying , is a real sign that you are getting it right haha ! People look to avoid it like your doing , but when I have had my very best post diets I have actively tried to stay in it as long as I can and managed to go from 250-270 in 20 weeks and still be realllllly hungry
I remember I stopped dieting in July 21 and I went to kubas wedding in December and I was still fucking starvinggggg , I was huge and very very lean , and then jan 22 was the biggest / leanest I have ever been , I was 272 and still really lean
Thank you very much Jordan

This is completely normal. Ghrelin will naturally increase and Leptin levels decrease when dieting, which in turn will increase appetite and skew signalling that you’re full.
You simply need to stay disciplined and increase your calories steadily, resisting the urge to binge.
Make sure you return to a surplus straight away, decrease your output, then add in food slowly. Monitor your look, scale weight and performance and react as necessary.
The urge to eat will gradually lessen and the feeling of fullness will return.
Thank you Clare, your responds are always spot on, really appreciate it

What’s your goals mate ? Are you trying to get lean or just generally lean and find it hard to be anything other than lean ?
I am currently lean and want to stay lean but I have bad food focus now and dont feel great
Push food up brother. Reverse out even if you gain a little body fat use it as a way of resetting your mind and appetite then come back down.
Thank you Haider -
Being lean lean is uncomfortable and you won’t feel great but you embrace the suck to bring your best! are you aiming for a show??
No

Nobody feels great when legitimately lean, natural or not.
If you’re getting stage lean to compete, then you just need to suck it up and get as lean as needed for your category in order to be competitive.
If you want to sustain a level of leanness for life, then the ‘best’ bodyfat % is where you feel comfortable at and can function day to day.
If you’re cutting ready for a gaining phase, then again suck it up and once you’re there you can get back out straight away.
Let´s say I feel best at 85kg in good level of leannes, and I want to be here so should I be in maintenance calories here? Thanks
If you’re happy with the way you look, you feel good and have no plan to add more muscle or compete, then yes adjust your diet and output to maintain here.
