I think all of our opinions will always be the same when it comes to exercise selection
Do you like green / do you like blue ?
That’s the only way any of us look at exercise selection , we would never base our decision off another one of us liking it , and we defo wouldn’t ask another one if they liked it .
Thanks!

In my experience the extra effort some one is putting into how pretty everything looks, how loud it is so to speak is usually to hide the fact they they dont have the knowledge/experience etc to actually do the job properly.
As J says – focused on the effort you put in, explain the how’s and why you are doing things with your clients and map out time lines and goals with them
the better the service is the better your retention will be – not how professional/pretty your documents etc look
Thank you

Don’t worry about that , just reply to them and actually give a shit . If you do that , you will build a decent client base . Professionalism doesn’t need to look fancy , I mean it defo can , especially if you like that stuff , but if you want to just do a really good job, just reply fast , over deliver on the help and push people to hit new goals they didn’t realise they could reach .
Thank you very much

I echo what Kuba has said here
It’s all trial and error bud. Just start with a reduction of food and possible introduction of cardio and see what kind of response you get from that, if it’s a good rate of loss keep going until it stalls and then adjust more. If you don’t see enough change out the gate then maybe a bigger reduction was needed. If you have a huge reduction and decline in training really fast then maybe it was too much of a reduction.
Make sense?
Yes make sense! Thanks Michaela

Hello Tobi, agree with Kuba and Clare for the rate of loss and also for the length of time for your prep. Would allow you to be ready in advance and manage things to reduce stress and fatigue.
Also one thing : I would not track only the kcals for the fruits but their macros too to be more accurate in prep.
Thank you!

24 week prep here for a natural would be ideal bud
Rate of loss of around 1.5 lbs per week ( after initial larger shift in first 4/5 weeks ) this estimate would have you peeled nice and early giving you 1/2 weeks to peak properly drop fatigue and eat up
Epic work bud and great start point man
Initially out of gatt you can afford for a bigger shift in calories to get things moving too
Thank you Kuba

On the prime , I’m looking to load mid and upper , and as sets go on I load more to upper
This changes for triceps , where it would stay mid . If glutes had prime stuff that would also stay mid
Hello Jordan, for example on lats when you using prime pieces you still loading upper even lats are the most active in short lengths? Thanks
-
Yes I know , but you know you became very helpful with this stuff and I think everyone when asking similar “stupid”questuions just only want your permission like me, like tick mark, i don’t mean it bad

Do a lat pulldown in any fashion You like , do a lat row in on any kind of machine / cable
Thank you Jordan

Hi Tobi. Not sure I understand what you are asking here.
Try and rephrase your question as it’s confusing as hell.
For example if it´s different for a movement like for example 3×6-10(100kgx6, than lowering the weight to stay within the rep range, so 90×10, and last set 90×8) so trying to every session now get close to the 10 rep mark and than adding weight…
Or
Top set 5-8 (100×8, next session adding weight)
Back off set 8-12 (95x 10, staying with this until hitting 12 and then adding weight)Is the difference between this?

Science still stands and the fundamentals of bodybuilding are based on science, however, the problem with alot of people today is that the focus is on the things that aren’t relevant for the average bodybuilder. Social media has created a place of confusion, where wannabe professionals are trying to sum up business by complicating the most simple acts of building muscle through fancy terminology or people are trying to find a magic secret or an excuse for their lack of progress.
The fun has been taken out of going into the gym and simply training hard. You don’t need to know science to know that overloading a muscle frequently and eating well will build new tissue.
Well said

Prime single arm bicep curl x 6 x 5 x 5
Prime seated leg curl x 8 x 7
Granite hyper x 4 x 5
Banded leg press x 6 x 5 x 6
Leg ext x 7 x 7 x 6 x 6
Hip thrust x 6 x 6 x 6
Granite glutinator x 11
Adductor x 6 x 6
Toe press x 9 x 8 x 8
I am VERY happy , I am so so excited to blow my legs into full Crazyness now
Jordan the reason behind the banding the leg press is make it harder as you press?

So when I say that , I’m having an expectation of the muscle mass that I know can be made , anyone I have ever coached for a period of time has gained 40/50//60 pounds of actual stage weight , so their split needs change .
If you just stay the fucking same , then no , you don’t need to change
Okay
thank you

Paul and Chris imo are actually really on the ball with their stuff , the recognise the weekly net stimulus idea to be flawed ( the thing I have been saying in vidoes for a many years ) , as frequency trumps it immensely . Eg weekly net stimulus says that all that matters is total sets per week, so 1 x 10 per week = 10 , and 2 , x5 matches it , however in reality 2 x 4 would immensely trump it and 3 x 2 , would blow it away too . Frequency is king
So for example, in education series when you said progressing from fullbody to upper lower to ppl, how would you said this now? Is it benefical to progress from splits or not? Yes this can be a lot overthink question but I like this stuff and especially when you talk about it so that´s why im here and asking
