Hi there!
I read about daily salt recommendation 6000-8000mg sodium (15-20g salt).
Is it based on the total intake or the addelt salt?In my case I eat 15g of salt split into 5 meals and about 10g comes from food products, in total ~25g salt. I drink about 6-7l
Should I lower the addet salt to be in range?

Hey AJ,
what is the reason for the difference amount of protein in your prep 2020 and 2021. Why you choose 2021 a lower approach as 2020?
Or are you starting lower and to the end you go higher amount of protein?
