New to this topic so apologies for my ignorance everyone, however am I to believe that the 8-12 rep range is recommended only in order to more easily facilitate P.O/reduce injury risk? if the last reps prior to failure are those that create adaptation, wouldn’t it matter little how many reps precede those final stimulating reps provided…
