In those videos Jordan talks about 2 rotations which is the last 7 week blast I just did and it was awesome…does PPL have three rotations of exercises?
As in Push 1
Push 2
Push 3
I only had 2 rotations for Push, Pull and Legs, do people do 3 if so how come? -

Ok so I have searched under “videos” for PPL the 3 videos mentioned above and all I get are supplement videos, are these 3 push pull legs videos somewhere else under a different title
I have also searched under Videos

Thanks so much Louis…reason I was going to go into a de-load week is in Jordan’s deload video, he talks about a blast being 6-8 weeks max, and better to deload sooner…so I have wrapped up 7 weeks….but in my next blast it would make sense to just keep same exercises but progress in weights?
So my next question leads to when I start my next blast, where do I start off with weights, meaning lest day my Incline Smith machine press ended at 315 for 7 reps, in the first week of my next day 6-8 week blast do I start out at 315 or a bit lower?

And in response to “daily maintenance calories”, I thought mine was a lot higher than what a Dexa scan told me, I am so glad I spent the time and $60 to do one, it cleared up a lot for me…
My results..6’2″ 253 11.3% and my daily maintenance was 2413 calories, (no training, no cardio, just daily burn) that’s amazing yours is that high! You must be a big dude to have your BMR be between 2800-3000 calories!!

I find if I have anything before besides an Americano with Coconut Oil (mct’s) it’s coming up, I do it fasted, just because if I have anything it’s everywhere besides the above mentioned, so I am of no help here

MemberApril 17, 2017 at 9:08 pm in reply to: HIIT/LISS sessions- time of day/fasted or not fastedTotally agree, can’t achieve true HIIT on Stairmaster, I have even done level 19 out of 20, for 20 minutes, and it doesn’t even come close to 5 interval sprints on a spin bike for all out 30 seconds with the fly wheel up to 18, then down to 5 for 90 seconds while I catch my breath, doesn’t even come close!

Just an update: Thanks guys, the Cream of Rice with Almond Butter and Whey Protein, an hour before has made a ridiculous difference in energy levels…appreciate the advice!!

Thanks Robbie and Jordan…any ideas about amount of carbs, what sits well with you? 30-40 grams?
