thanks for your input.
I already did lots of research regarding mandible growth and aas.
Most I could read was that obviously growth hormones causes growth in mandible as well as organs etc. but not testosterone only.
I’m not sure if the splint (which Im already wearing and which is bedded in every 6-8 weeks) really helps.
Lets see, if theres any improvement the upcoming month. if not ill consider further steps.. -

I do train in the early morning on a regular basis. When cutting and having less than 1 hour time between waking up and hitting the gym, I don’t have a breakfast. I just make sure to have enough BCAAs & aminos. I might have a intra wo shake with some hbcd and other aminos again.
Also I dont feel weaker if that, I think its more like a mental think

hey, id like to bring up the q again as im still struggling developing back width. This might be linked up with my troubles with the progression on chins. I am doing rack chins instead of regular chins since two weeks and really like em. Are rack chins a good substitute for chins in your opinion?

Hey Jordan, how should one take yohimbine while doing a higher carb lower fat approach? I know yohimbine is working best when taken as far away from carbs as possible. But how far is far enough?

Any benefits from peptopro only as a intra wo shake? Or should it be combined in any case with a carb powder?
