Been running with this for a while now
Been through all sessions and starting to repeat
I’ve been hitting Rep range, then aiming to hit Rep range +2/3 reps then progress weight up for set rep range and repeat
First few sessions were tough with rest between them but feel fully recovered between them now, am also hitting the post workout bagels!!??
Strength is still increasing and have hit a couple of rep pb’s on the latest sessions, feels good, weight is slowly decreasing, but measurements are good and clothes are feeling loose,tighter in the right places. So alls good
Any further builds Jordan or Corinne?
