Just match movements to your workouts as much as you can with the equipment available and make a log of your lifts at each gym you go to. Aim to progress on those each time you visit and hit the same session.
You’ll still be making improvements and moving forward if you’re putting the effort in.
Perfect will do!
Upper sessions is as follows
DB PRESS
DB SHOULDER PRESS
WEIGHTED DIPS
CABLE FLY
LAT RAISE CUFF
LAT ROW
T BAR ROW
TRI PUSHDOWNS
AB CRUNCHso doable in every gym I visit
Thanks again

Train the same session in the same facility and refer back to the previous time you did that particular session and know that when it’s repeated you really should be able to progress lifts , as there has been enough time passes that adaptations have occurred that allow for greater force production
That’s great, I’ll crack on with that! Appreciate the reply

Heya Scott! That’s no problem at all. I’d personally keep the volume as normal for now and if you recover well and feel you may benefit from a little more volume after trialling it for a month or two you can absolutely dip into it and see how things go. Good to have a baseline first and then increase from there if need be
Appreciate your feedback, thanks Maddy.

Cheers, appreciate the feedback.
Would you recommend slightly higher volume on the 2 sessions prior to the 2 days rest or just keep as normal? -
