1st if a few Xmas rest days today. Visiting family so it’s been a nice day so far
Food wise I’ll be sticking to my usual foods apart from the odd snack / drink if I fancy it. Xmas day I’ll be stuffing my face from morning till I pass out haha
While I am off I’ll likely update my diet and cycle for you guys so we are up to date because I was upped my dosages recently to keep pushing
273 this morning, feel soft but feel big. So all is still on track
Have a great Friday guys

Let me know how you’re getting on.
Thank you, I hope you and yours have a lovely Christmas and new year too : )
2023 will be great -
Like Oscar said sometimes a little patients / perseverance goes a long way.
Smaller increments in weight, allows your body / recovery to stay with the pace better, therefore hitting a sticking point much later onEither way if you’ve stalled, you’ve stalled. Start to switch thing up, wether it’s exercises or exercises order, rep ranges, rest times, stop intensity techniques maybe, higher food intake days, or even take a few days off.
Try one / some of the above see how you get on

Yesterdays leg day wiped me lol. Felt quite fatigued today and joints are staying to feel a little under recovered. Today I couple delts and arms together, and also scaled down the volume to allow recovery to take over better, next 4 days (at least ) will be totally off from training which is timed well considering how battered I feel right now
I’ve learned in recent years to not fatigue accumulate even if you can work through (unless in contest prep) nip it in the bud !
Atlantis shoulder press 4 x 6-12
Panatta laterals machine 4 x 6-20
Reverse pec dec 4 x 12-20

Rope hammers 4 x 10-15
Single cable curls 3 x 8-12 -

272 today. And man I feel it! First time since I start this push I am noticing my breathing getting heavier. Granted it’s not 300 lbs but for me this is heavy.
But I’m still loving it, a lot.
Chest day was great yesterday, apart from an elbow twinge during warm ups on smith bench, so decided on higher rep work. But session was solid throughout
Having a break from training from Friday till next Tuesday so did legs today and tomorrow hopefully delts and arms
Legs was awesome too. Will post both sessions below. Did horizontal leg press as my main compound today
Got a meal at the pub with a friend tonight so it’ll be either a big steak and fries or the biggest cheese burger they do lol 275 I’m coming
Chest calves
toe press 5 x 12-20
Flat smith 4 x 12-23
Incline panatta 4 x 5-10

Pec dec 2 x 8-12Legs

Hi bud. As Louis said 200-250mg weekly will have your test levels in the super physiological range so plenty to grow with.
Test E has a half life of around a week. So you don’t need to pin as often as EOD unless it just feel better for you. 2 or even once weekly will give same results.
So That is what I initially had in mind start with 200mg /week. I’ll try EOD or twice/week and see which feels best. Also what should I expect 1st time pinning like headaches or fever etc.. any issues of those sorts?
Sounds good always listen to your body… and I don’t think you’ll get any issues, maybe slight fever ish type feeling for a day or 2, some people get flu symptoms but you probably won’t. If you do just take some paracetamol it’ll pass.
Drink plenty of fresh water, more then you usually would.
I think I’ll be fine.
ENJOY IT, you should feel great once you get going
And what all ancillaries to do along with cycle? Like AI inhibitors.. would they be needed ?
On your dosage of test I doubt you’ll need an AI. But for insurance have some tamoxifen/adex on hand incase you see any estrogen side effects, mainly gyno. Some are very sensitive to it.
But again, you’ll probably be fine : ) -

MemberDecember 18, 2022 at 4:26 pm in reply to: does moderate use of GH change your face?Hi everyone, i competed in CP division 3 months ago . I weighed in 79kg and my weigh cap is 79,5 , have to use diuretics to make weight , my best look i think is around 83kg so i decided to have massive offseason and compete in bodybuilding up to 90kg class .
Now i’m blasting with 125mg test , 150mg eq , 200mg primo EOD pin
I can affort 10iu gh a day so i’m confusing about timing now :
1/ split 5iu fasted AM and 5iu PM
2/ 5iu after train and 5iu before bed
3/ 1 dose 10iu after train or pre-bed
4/ 20iu eod to boost igf ?
Thanks for advises !
Start a new thread for this so everyone will see bud
10iu gh is excessive especially for you size and level
2-4iu before bed is plenty for growing
And I’d raise test a little higher too.
With eq watch out for you blood count / thickness / blood pressure -

Happy Olympia weekend guys!
Awesome Olympia this year. First one I’ve really enjoyed in a few years
Yesterday was arm day for me. Pretty much the same season as last week. Felt great, felt strong on the close grip smith bench press.
Rest day today so the usual family time and lots of tasty off plan foods
Definitely feeling softer now, face feel super chubby lol but it always is at this point.
I’m happy holding 270 lbs right now, go into the new year and then start to maybe plan the next lean out phase.
Arms and calves yesterday
Toe calf press 6 x 15-20
Flat close grip bench 6 x 6-15
Dip machine 4 x 8-15
Ez bar extensions 4 x 12-20
Rope hammer curls 5 x 10-15
Db curls 4 x 8-12 -

Hi guys so yesterday and today were pretty great gym wise.
Legs yesterday felt strong (again just relative to me) reached a nice 500kg for 25 reps on leg press.
Got a few question on IG, after i posted a video of the leg press set, regarding my form, now from that angle it looks shallow, but I have always done 90 degree reps, foot stance just outside shoulder, to trash my quads with continuous reps. Always worked for me. I physically can’t go lower due to my waist being fuller at this body weight, and even if I could it would raise my lower back off the back pad and knees would be under too much stress for myself since my knees aren’t great these days anyway. Longevity is important to me.
No need to risk anything anywayFor deeper reps to target more hams and gluts I would use the hack squat, wider stance, ass to the platform.
Just to explain if anyone was interested
Delts today also felt awesome. My main lift on this day right now is the Atlantis shoulder press, I grab it at the neutral grip angle to take the stress off my right shoulder injury, and I work up to 5-6 plates per side for 6-8 reps
Both sessions below
Had an off plan meal today when we took our son to a play, Nando’s chicken burger and fries with halumi fries and pitta homous, was YUM
Legs
Laying ham curls 3 x 6-10
Leg press 6 x 15-25
Leg extensions 4 x 15-20
Standing ham curls 3 x 8-12
Abductors 3 x 15-20
Adductor 3 x 12-15
Abs- rope crunches 4 x 8-12Delts traps calves
Standing calf raises 5 x 15-30
Atlantis shoulder press 6 x 6-8
Panatta side raises 5 x 12-20
Reverse pec dec 4 x 15-20
Db shrugs 3 x 8-12 -
Solid chest session today. Pec injury felt a lot better, didn’t go as hard / heavy as I have been just to be sure, I’ll go harder next week. Did predominantly incline panatta press as my main compound instead of smith. As I can use a neutral grip on that so less strain on that pec tendon. Plus I really like machine
Food / appetite back to 100%. That added plate full of chopped fruit in the evening feels extra anabolic
lol
Chest and calves
Toe press on leg press 6 x 15-25
Panatta incline press 6 x 6-12
Flat smith press (light) 3 x 15-20
Cable fly 4 x 8-12
Dip machine wide grip 4 x 12-20
Pec dec 2 x 8-12 -
what is up guys, small checkin from me, the last 4 weeks i have been enitrely back in Bodybuilding mode , just nothing makes me as happy training that way, progressing lifts that way, pushing that way. Been a great month of training and i have regained a huge amount of strength very very quickly.
Not sure on what my goals are next year other than keep focusing on what makes me happy, whatever that may be .
im still grappling a couple times a week, its fun , but it just doesnt come close , for me, to lifting
Love this mate

Back training yesterday went SO SO. The weekend in Glasgow saw me under eat even though I ate a lot, and also sleep is never great when I’m away so it’s probably down to that
Got a full days worth of my regular meals in yesterday so provided my pec injury is better I should have a solid chest session today
Back day with abs
Rope crunches 6 x 10-20
Rope pull downs 3 x 8-15
Rope face pulls 3 x 8-15
Chest support bent over row 6 x 6-10

Seated cable tow 3 x 8-15
Pull downs wide grip 4 x 6-12
