Decent leg session today. Not quite as good last few. Unsure why.. my tendons at the back of my knee were quite sore sold ham curls and my right knee hurt a lot during leg extensions, which led me to go easier on leg presses. And generally lowered volume throughout
Maybe a care if taking it a bit easier next 1-2 leg days
Otherwise all good

Might be a case of over stretch and causes some sort of trauma.
Doesn’t sound like a tear (but if you’re unsure then definitely go see someone) I would just get straight in and micro load it . Slow reps. Get blood flow in there asap -

I personally hate slow eccentrics unless I’ve got an injury.
Control doesn’t have to mean slow. Just as long as you have control of the weight and it’s safe then all is good

Start with 6. Run it for 2 weeks and see how recovery / performance is, then if all is good, go to 8 and see how you get on

Rest day today not a great deal to report.
I went to this hall near my parents house. Been before as a kid but took my 2 sons today for a witch trail, it’s like 600 year old house, I love that kind of history. Knights suits, dungeons, huge dining tables etc lol
Then tonight went for a mean steak with a friend. For a big 1/2 kg T Bone , was incredible
And obviously work etc in between.
Great rest day: lot of food.
Ready for a big leg session Tomorrow

Take an extra rest day.
Try and improve your sleep.
You might even need a 1-2 weeks of lower volume on pressing to help recover -

Last nights humongous bowl of pasta boost my strength and pump crazy haha
Got 8 reps on 4 plates per side flat smith. Then 20 reps on 3 plates per side. Then maintained high strength throughout the session. Even though focus was volumeIt was 300g fillet and sirloin steak, 300g (raw weight) wholewheat and white pasta mix, mozzarella cheese , Oliver oil, aromat seasoning , salt n pepper
Will be repeat this meal much as I can

Today I’ve felt really good. Can’t quite put my finger on why, generally just hungrier, less bloated, strong in the gym… I think it’s a combo of the CPAP sickness I had fading more, the current dosages of peds being just right (felt like dog shit on higher dosages now that I can compare) as well just holding 275-280 lbs , auto regulating my meals (not forcing a big meal if the last hasn’t fully digested yet just it’s time to eat…)
I feel fatter for sure obviously cos I’m
Lower drugs. But the trade off is better digestion, better sleep, and still gaining
MuscleAND if I don’t use high amounts of PED’s , and still progress, Come prep My body will be healthy enough to handle what I throw at it

Rest day today. Was expecting to do a low calorie day but for some reason appetite has been high so I’ve fed it. Still not as Much food as a training day but not too low either
Im definitely fatter right now maybe even more day then I’d have liked, but it’s still far that I know will come off fast:
So if I have the appetite to eat and grow. I can warrant this fat gain. I don’t have long left to gain, so I don’t what to waste time tidying / mini cutting
Lunch we at a nice pub for my mrs bday, had a carvery with beef, turkey and lamb. Was lovely

How far will you take AAS use this push SAS? Are you just going to stick with test eq or will you be throwing in mast/anadrol too?
I’ll probably stay at 800 test 300 eq for as long as I’m feeling good in the gym seeing progress in the mirror, then creep it up slowly, and max out at 1000 test 500 eq. Past that, I just don’t see a benefit. 1500 is the upper limit for me feeling good and being able to eat and sleep. I’ve tried 2g and over and I don’t see a huge jump in progress, none that’s sustainable anyway
No won’t be using masteron till prep. It dehydrates muscles / joints and gives wrinkles hahaha and it’s a weak anabolic

Helps me gain an extra 5-10 lbs fairly fast. And in the gym it’s insane strength gains so when I’m maxed out off season, it’ll help me push that bit furtherMake sense

Just grow man. As a beginner with minimal muscle mass , you don’t need to get lean lean to deep well. It wasn’t even a thing in my first 10 years of growing. Just eat and grow, pull back if you get day / stop responding

Another good day in the gym. Arm day. (Feel like I’m the only person left with an arm day haha )
Looking forward to rest day tomorrow. Body feels battered and gut feels overworked so a day I chill is definitely needed right now.
Even though body feels battered, once I get about 15-20 minute into training and fully warm / pumped, I feel great.
But rest of the day most joints are starting to get sore so might lower volume a bit for a couple weeks

Last few days I’ve definitely felt like
Gaining again. Or I’m just getting fatter hahaDelts and traps felt amazing. By far the strongest I’ve been in years
I know I don’t log book, or progressive overload exactly, but when I’m on a mission to get huge, I try lift as heavy as I can on that day.
If on that day I can go as heavy, I up the volume
