0.5 adex every other day is quite high dose. Shouldn’t need that much unless

Arms , calves and abd today , and I decided to throw in some cardio. Main reason being I feel very unfit.
Everytime I mess about with my kids , play fight, throw my 11 month old up in the air I get out of breathe way too easily and my resting heart is higher now… and this for me is unacceptable, I don’t care how big I am.
So gonna add 5-7 high intensity cardio intervals (assault bike or ski erg) a couple times a week post workout
I did assault bike today, 5 all out sprints with 90 second rests
I actually enjoy it , nice challenge and different kinda fun
Can’t face doing boring steady cardio just yet I’ll leave that for prep work food is low lol

Dip machine 5 x 10-25
Rope extensions 4 x 20-30
Close grip bench 4 x 6-12
Barbell 21 bicep curls x 4
Db hammer curls 4 x 8-12
Cable curls 4 x 10-15

Delts and traps today went down nice. I initially wasn’t going to train but my elbows haven’t felt as bad
I kept rest periods short so weights were lighter but intensity was hiiiigh: and lots of failure sets
PEDS I am going lower as of next week. Down to 400 test only. and try to run this for 6 weeks then start prep.
IF gym performance starts to really take a hit I might add 100-200mg in primo. So I’ll see how I get on
Food is steady. At short 6000 calories , easy for me
I expect to soften up over the next 6 weeks but I don’t mind as long as food and training stays at a decent level

Leg day today went very well. Knees feel great and so does lower back.
Weight drops after rest day even though I had an off plan meal
Feel healthy right now. Holding 270-275 super easy now
The Viogen primo feels very nice. Fulness and pump is cool, and it’s not affected my appetite. I feel it’s definitely lowered my estrogen a little so I’ll stick to 300mg primo and 800 test.
I might further lower these dosages over Xmas and throughout January to give my body a rest before I start prep
I’ll like go into a cruise of 300-400mg drugs total for 4-6 weeks before contest prep
Digestion is vital and I see far too many bodybuilders destroy their guts cos they run high dosages all the time

Everyone is different bud. We all respond individually. I feel on on 800 test 300 primo or mast or eq. As long as my test is higher I feel good. If I did 1:1 I would feel shitI can’t speak for other people unfortunately. Some don’t respond the same.

I would start my chest sessions with isolation work. Pushing that weak side full of blood, and fatigue it with isolation work. Focus on strengthening the mind muscle connection with slow controlled form, full range of motion. Then onto convention work in the latter part of the session.
Also, bump up calories on those days. And maybe have a rest day either before or after that training day to boost recovery.
Hit that pec again 3-4 days later.

Ask you for the max weeks which u use EQ because many tell that the eq works after the 10 weeks … I don’t believe that but you prefer to change the second compound every 6-8 weeks ? This works better ?
Eq gives me better results then primo when growing. Primo / masteron is better during contest prep

Acetate is 1-2 days half life. I don’t like.
Enanthate is 6-8 days this is the one I prefer always -

Usually Wednesday rest day today. Definitely needed. Don’t mostly work, but went out with my mrs and youngest to do some shopping and went for a Nando’s chicken for lunch
Other meals have been the usual.
Big leg day tomorrow, so not letting food drop as much today since I don’t feels full full.
273 today so a little down in weight but feel really good

Chest day done and dusted. Elbow pain is a bitch right now. Rest day tomorrow, leg day Thursday then I might take ah extra rest day Friday before arms and delts Saturday then rest again Sunday, that’s 3 rest days over 6 days , see if I can help this pain
Chest session itself was good! Upped
Volume , kept rest periods short. Threw in a couple supersets too.Food wise been trying to get an extra meal in making it 6. To mainly boost recovery. And keep weight up. So now doing whole meal with whey meal alternating

Waking up 275 at the moment and very comfortable
Not as tight as when I wended my rebound at 275, but that was likely 15-20 lbs of just water and carbs .
I’m very happy with this position. Thanks for I can hold 275 and make even creep it up to 280 whilst staying comfortable / healthy, that’ll be a great off season. Considering when I started the Spain prep
I was a similar conditioned 260/265 years shAppetite is up, take to finish my meals easier for sure.

If you can walk, you most likely will be ok training up just be careful when locking in and bracing during some exercises.
