255 today. I upped my carbs yesterday to 800. To keep things moving.

Chest yesterday was REALLY good. If anything I may have gone a little too hard, shoulders and elbows sore today but not overly so it’s ok
The 5iu gh before bed is helping me A LOT recovery wise. I’ll taper this up as I grow and training volume goes up (as and when needed)

254 today so a nice jump after yesterdays cheat day.
I did 3 regular meals. 1 lunch out that was clean mixed grill with pitta read. Then a kfc at night.
Used it today in the gym, back day went really well.

Yesterday was the meet and greet in Colchester and I trained armed. Not the usual session obviously, just got a pump on and had a decent workout.
With it being arm day I’m not overly fussed if it wasn’t to standard
I had it filmed and also did some posing so will be on my YouTube channel and show how I’m looking
Lost 3 lbs over the 2 days of travel even though i definitely ate more then usual.
Today is rest day, gonna fill up with a nice cheat meal tonight ready for a big back day tomorrow 💪

Back up to 253 today after that five guys cheat meal. Job done lol
Forced rest day today. I am doing a meet and greet at Repz gym in Colchester today so that was a 6 hour drive for me. Got usual meals in. Going for a steak meal with the gym owner Ben so another off plan meal. Why not.
I definitely feel bigger. Obviously with post show rebound period, everything is accelerated so I know things will slow. But I’m riding that wave while it lasts lol

Weight down 2 lb even though hit all my food so I’m assuming I burned a few extra calories / flushed some extra water out during the leg session.
Either way I still feel big and full. But I took this as a sign to have my mid week off plan meal with my mrs and kids so we went to five guys. Post workout , I did 2 triple cheese burgers 1 large fries and 1
Kids fries, all the fries lolAnd man do I feel / looked pumped tonight.
This is the 2nd time I’ve kept gh in post show for a rebound so i definitely see the benefits.
Today was delts traps and calves. Super sessions keeping volume up a bit on delts since it’s mostly a pump session

253 today up 2 lbs. Creeping up and it’s nice to see. I’m actually not far off my peak weight before I started the Spain prep. Considerably better condition and look way bigger. So I’m happy with that
Leg day today. Still keeping volume on the lower side (for me) it’s working, I’m gaining, my joints feel Great , so no need to change a thing

Chest training today was so so good. Felt strong big and super pumped. Skin bursting type pumps. Love it

Yesterday was rest day plus cheat day.
I did 3 regular meals and 2 cheat meals. I’m up 2 lbs which isn’t much at all, but I do feel one negative side effect from it and that’s my appetite has definitely taken a dip
It’ll bounce back. But it think I over did the sugary stuff. Ice cream and chocolate. That always knocks me back. So gonna priorities proper food / savoury stuff as if next cheat day
I look great when posing, not extra bloat or water but I think something just didn’t digest too well.
Either way today’s food is going in just fine and I had a great back session. I filmed it and this time it’s stuck around on my phone so I’ll get Leanne to edit it and upload it onto my YouTube channel

Today was arms. I filmed it for my YouTube channel, got home watched it, just went to get back up on screen ready to edit and it’s disappeared out of my phone. 50 minute video session vanished. No ides where it is and it was a good one

Quads was trained today. Was a very good session but I don’t think I like splitting hams and quads up. Never have really but worth a try
Just feels like an incomplete workout lol
Either way what’s quad was ridiculously full and felt really good. Strong pumped and had a lot of endurance
Post workout took my family for Nando’s. For humous with pitta bread, potato wedges. Chicken burger, fries and a tomato salad. Very tasty!
That was meal 3 today . Other meals as planned.

Depends on too many variables for us to answer properly. How much lean muscle you have / your years or level of training / how you respond to PED’s etc…
For example for someone who is 250 lbs lean and has been training on and off cycle for 10+ that probably won’t be enough
For someone who is 180 lbs and been training 3 years yes they’ll probably suffice but it’s very very individual

Up a little today to just under 247. So barely moved much this week but I think 700 carbs will get things moving
I’m also going to put an off plan meal in during the week or Saturday. Something clean ish. Somewhere I can take my family for lunch so this will bump calories and as of next week I’ll probably increase fats and or protein. More calorie dense foods is what I’ll likely add. I don’t like too much volume of “cleaner” foods, I feel it over stretched the gut and when I’m gh test insulin etc this can’t bode well especially at my age.
Cycle wise I’ve adjusted it. Taken out masteron and added eq. I prefer eq right now as it’ll add volume and allow my estrogen go up a little. I love the pump and strength eq brings also.
I doubt I’ll venture away down test eq gh and insulin this off season. I feel best and may always come out better on these. My mood and sex drive is also at its best on these compounds. Test + gh + insulin. What more do I need

I feel more time under tensions does plenty to grow side and rear delts, traps also, front delts get plenty stimulus on chest day. And I also do close grip bench or dips on arm day so they get hit there too
Arm day is so isn’t fashion to delt day. Higher pump / blood volume work.
I’m trying not to overlap muscles as much as I can’t help.
I need to make sure I don’t pick up any more / worse niggles / injuries over this next off season. Being able to consistently get in the gym and stimulate muscle week after week for as long as I can is going to be key to me packing on the muscle I need for next season.
Getting stronger where I can safely. And then using feel / pump and reaching failure points with perfect mind muscle connection also.

Down a lb today to 245 so I’ll be upping carbs a bit. Only mainly because appetite is still so high, if appetite was ok I’d maybe wait another day or so
Yesterday I did 650 ish so today I’ll shoot for 700
I decided to train today instead of rest. Only because on Friday I have to take my car somewhere for some work so there’s a chance I won’t make the gym.
I did a hamstring focused leg day
Constantly on the fence whether to split legs up. So run a 6 day split.
I’ve always responded well to a single leg day , and my legs don’t need extra work, but I like the idea of cause less fatigue in one day, quads hams and glutes is a big session, and altho it’s always worked, I feel like I can maybe isolate my hammies / glutes and quads a bit more separately when fresh
Plus an extra day in the gym, that’s just more fun!
But I’ll think on it and decide.
