    So ive ran both high and low dose cycles throughout the past 15-20 years. I can 100% say that I’ve been at my biggest and strongest on moderate dosages (900mg totally weekly) BUT and this is a big but , the look is soft and not so appealing to the masses. I could be on 1500mg , doesn’t mean I’ll definitely be stronger but I’ll look leaner harder and bigger.

    Real muscle and strength can peak on moderate dosages it is all down to food recovery and consistency . And of
    Course genetics

    A decent day today in the gym.

    I trained in the evening for a change. Was at home with my 4 year old all day as my partner took my 11 month old back to the hospital (he’ll be fine )

    So I had 3 meals instead the usual 1. And not sure if that’s the reason but I felt really good

    Full, stronger, more pumped, hotter etc

    So definitely making a note of that

    Right now I’m bumping calories up with 1 cheat meal a day to try get some fulness and strength back before I think
    About cutting. I don’t want to start any kind of prep front a deficit

    Legs today
    Laying ham curls x triple rest pause
    Glute drive 2 x 5-7
    RDL 2 x 5
    Leg press 3 x 8-12
    Leg extensions 5 x 10-20
    Adductor 2 x 8-15

    I agree with Adam. For me it’s always been my biggest all round tricep builder.

    I have oats 3 times a day at 150-200g each time. Blended sometimes just due to the amount calories I am eating. I love the stuff

    Same happened to me , I had swelling
    Too. Tried changing water didn’t help.
    It turned out to be the batch of gh I had , it stopped when I changed brand. I must have been reacting to that batch

    But if you’re ok going IM then I think you’ll be fine

    So day 1 back in the gym. Feel like I’ve said far too many times in the last couple months but is what it is

    Won’t be checking in with myself till Mid week once I have things fully setup in the new house.

    Then it’s all go for prep. I’ve one done a few check ins in going fully decide on my first show

    As of right now I don’t know where I stand till I start filling back out and training again

    One thing I do know is when I start a prep off the back of a lot of rest and recovery time it’s never a back thing

    Did delts chest and arms today since I hadn’t done delts and arms yet this week

    Dip machine 2 x 8-12
    Seated pec dec 2 x 10-15
    High incline machine press. 2 x 6-10
    Barbel upright row 2 x 8-12
    Db side laterals 2 x 10-12
    Db shrugs 2 x 6-10
    Ez bar push downs 4 x 8-15
    Single cable curls 4 x 6-12

    Hope everyone has had a great Xmas what ever you’ve been doing : )

    Mines been good. Other then my youngest getting sick, then falling and cutting his tongue so spend a night in hospital but he’s ok

    Took a few off the gym. Resetting before I get this next contest prep going

    So not much to report. Back in the gym

    What happened to trialing primo?

    I did for a few weeks, albeit a short length of time, i did like it but didnt totally love it in the end… i did feel fuller on it, it’s comparable to mast but some differences… tight / dry fulness, fuller then I would on masteron, stronger then I would on masteron, not as dry as masteron, not as much aggression (within the sets) as masteron which I like. It felt “nice” …. I don’t like how low the dosage is so I would only use it during a cruise phase if I went more anabolics in the mix [/quote]

    You’re welcome, just my own experience but I’m glad I can help. Yes I personally would use eq. On it I feel fuller, stronger, more pumped, and hungrier. And don’t need to inject as much oil either [/quote]

    Back day today went really good considering the last few days I’ve had.

    Felt fuller, pumped and strong.

    Appetite is actually on the up. No idea how…. Infact yes I do, drugs being low have definitely helped my gut get back to normal.

    Which was the goal pre prep.

    Looking for using the higher test and EQ to push up a bit over the next few weeks before I start prep

    Rest day today. Since 80% of my life is still in boxes, I needed today to get some out and put away

    But I’m feeling good after yesterday’s session, full and bigger.

    Tomorrow I’ll up the cycle, go to 600 test 300 eq. 5 gh before bed

    Time to try get back up over 280 before I start the cut

    Once I’m more settled into this new house I’ll do a day of eating video for my YouTube channel if anyone is interested

    Managing to find some sort of a routine today. Food going in better, albeit still not ideal but kitchen is all set up so that’s good.

    Trained arms, calves and side delts today. Actually felt really good once I was warm and pumped.

    Hopefully back to full speed and routine in the next 2 days. Apart Xmas, will have a clean run into my first show in the new year

    I like eq. The fulness , pump , strength it gives overshadows mast easy.

    I wound shoot for 600 test , 400 eq drop the mast
