Rest day today
Body feeling better by the day. Food going in nicely and weight back up 275
Looking at possible shows in 2025, I might try and to a couple USA shows in MAY.
If I do , then prep would start January / feb… so over this month / December I will want to make sure I’m as healthy and fresh as possible.
This means low drugs, and not forcing food. This always (for me ) lends to the best possible prep , where I’ll no doubt grow into the show too if I start prep healthy and sensitive enough
Just thoughts for the day. I like these thoughts.
Cos even if I start prep at a healthy steady 270-280, and not fat, this lands me 15-20 lbs above the weight I started my last prep
This would be exciting !

This stack is the perfect .. I use it , cover everything citrus bergamot/ red yeast / grape seed / Arjuna / nattokinase for cholesterol and heart , vital support for liver and astragalus for kidneys , ip6 I don’t know if helps for hematocrit I use it extra but the plenty water understand that helps a lot to keep down the hematocrit and hemoglobin
But the fear for eq that don’t use it a lot was because tell that increase a lot the hematocrit but maybe must make it a try and check it with bloods to understand better this
Primo raises hema / hemo… so does tren, mast, deca…. They can all raise markers.
So it’s ALL a gamble. You just have to see which ones are better for YOU.So yes maybe just try it and run bloods to see what it’s doing for you buddy

For me it’s really simple regardless of quantity… I know 100% that JP doesn’t cut corners. I vouch for them and will put my name. I can’t say that about other companies, and also know 100% that lot of other companies cut corners in terms of quality. So with JP it’s never a gamble

For me, always on the lower side. Even none if I can help it. The lower you can start it, the more you have to use when you start to hit plateaus. Lower cardio = lower unwanted stress. / cortisol etc

2nd day of training today and feel better again.
Chest training, I actually went high on the volume, but kept rest periods very short so weights were quite light as a result
Felt amazing, went for pure pump.
I think I’ll do similar style for the rest of this week. Less stress on joints , maximum blood flow to see if I can fill out some more this way

Ask you for the max weeks which u use EQ because many tell that the eq works after the 10 weeks … I don’t believe that but you prefer to change the second compound every 6-8 weeks ? This works better ?

I use TBJP Love heart, vitals support and heart care and my bloods are usually very good. This is also very geneticI have try 1000 eq before. I didn’t feel good shit sleep: shit training and appetite crashed , so for me, 400-600 is maximum now

First day back in the gym today. Woke up 267 lbs so down 13 lbs from peak weight
So not much.Main thing is I feel great, recovered, fresh, hungry and alert / motivated
Food back up. Aiming to 400 protein 800 carbs 120-150 ish fats but if I go over that’s ok. I don’t care for being exact
Goal is to try get back to 275-280 cleanser and easier Then last time. On less drugs and less food too hopefully
Did a lot of supersets today to keep load low and work my way up slowly

These days I prefer eq , deca, anadrol. Not so much masteron unless I am dieting for a show.
Deca for joints yes also fulness and strengthYes I keep eq etc lower then test
I will use eq or mast as long a do need / am progressing / am healthy. I don’t have set time frames or rules. Sometimes 6 weeks, sometimes 16, sometimes 20… Depends how I feel
Off speaks gh before bed only. Pre contest gh split morning and bedtime

Deca I rarely use, if I use it, it’s for fulness / joints. Npp I don’t like, too weak -
So new lowest body weight today 233 lbs 4th day today on low carbs. Hitting 150 carbs and easy 1 hour cardio.
Steps seem to be around 12k, and I’m getting leaner on these numbers
Feel flat today and really starting to drag. It’s a rest daf
I don’t think I need a big high food day just yet so tomorrow I’m gonna throw in a moderate amount maybe 400-500g to top up, then take some more fat off for a few days before needing a big feed

I don’t like primo. And i prefer to use masteron in contest prep. But I will use them off season too if I want a change. I just prefer eq. I feel great on it. Full strong and happy. Primo and masteron are neuro toxic. Not eq. I change compounds when need i really need to.Gh all before I get some tingles in hands. Some water retention. But doesn’t bother me. I don’t like splitting in the off season. Before I feel i grow better , that’s when you sleep and repair the most

So woke up with a cold yesterdays. Sinuses and throat thanks to my youngest. My immune system is definitely weaker since getting this heavy. But that’s ok it’s just part if
Luckily it’s recovery week, so yesterday I just chilled out , did my work at home and relaxed . It was a planned rest anyway
Today was meant to be a deload delts and arms session… sinuses are full ish and throat a little bad still so contemplating just taking today off again, tomorrow (Sunday) off and start fresh Monday fully rested
This makes most sense, to take all weekend off. But ideally wanted a light pump up session too just to keep joints lubricate , blood flowing etc.
So gonna give it till this afternoon then decide
But I am starting to get the itch to train and push again so this week is definitely doing its job

“Recovery leg day” today went well. Had to hold back from going harder then I should lol
Basically just did a light pump up with the exercises I usually do. With 50-60% of the loads I usually do
Definitely seeing the benefits of this back off week. Better sleep, better joints, motivation starting to go up again slowly
Still not close to fully recovered yet so see how I feel by weekend
Tomorrow I’ll take another full rest day.

Agree with Jordan. My coaching has been about as basic as it gets for the 8 years I’ve been doing it. But as long communication is perfect, I’m helping my guys with the best of my ability, and if there’s something I don’t know I go learn about it, then it’s all I can do and I’m happy. It’s done me very well
So see
