Sleep = the only time of day when you recover and grow. So this is when I want all the benefits of gh in the off season.
Splitting gh is ok if you can’t handle the side effects of a one big dose.
Fasted gh shit is beneficial for fat loss given you’re doing fasted cardio etc. which isn’t my goal right now

270 today dropped 2 lbs. My own fault for a splitting head ache and got an early night , had whey for last meal but it was too close to the previous meal so didn’t do the carbs and fats
Shit happens. Making up for it today with extra food
On the plus side today’s chest session was NUTS. Felt amazing idea why hahaa
Felt super strong on the smith press so did both incline and flat; working with 3.5 plates aside for 8-10 easy reps. 4 plates coming soon
Upped GH to 8iu before bed
Adding Lantus in soon. But I’ll take it out if I ever don’t feel it’s doing much good for me so let’s see

272 today/ back day
Still feel extra drained. Achy, low mood… could feel it in the gym too. Felt strong still but it was harder then it should have been
So gonna see this week through and see if I can shake it off; if not then I’ll pull training tight down and focus on recovery for 1-2 weeks.
Might be a point if just holding this new size for a few weeks and letting it “marinade” before pushing hard again
Back and abs
CYBEX single row 3 x 8-12

272 today and rest day. Yesterday my weight dipped is to 270.
I’ve upped carbed to 1000.
I tried again to up fats a little and the only thing that did was slow my appetite down so keep fats around 60/70 unless it’s cheat day
Arms yesterday was the, first session I’ve had all off season that wasn’t great. Sore joints, low energy and drop in strength
So this coming week I might drop volume back a touch to resolve this if possible, and also an extra rest day
42-44 lbs gain in 2 months a big task so my body is probably letting me know I need to maybe slow it down a little lol
Family day today, took them to the Jurassic park exhibition here near the Trafford Center and it was awesome I felt like a big kid haha
KFC cheat meal tonight.

Peak maybe 1800 test 900 eq. Depends how I feel : ) -

Today was delts and felt SUPER. Full pumped and strong
Today was also out family mid week meal out we went to five guys. I got 2 double cheese burgers and 1 large fries
Junk food is starting to bloat me a bit which is expect since I’m

Food every day.
So I need to make sure cheats are had as late as possible so It doesn’t get in the way of my regular foods.
I’ve got 4 Krispy Kreme donuts to enjoy for desert now : D

Yeah I was a very sloppy 280 in the past so hopefully this time in much better shape : )In the past I’ve always used novo , 2-3 days weekly with pre workout meal. 10-20iu to really fill up. But not always, i would often go weeks without using its
This time I’ll use Lantus to control blood glucose and keep as efficient as possible.

Appetite is good, not starving, but still look on forward to most my meals.
Today was hams glutes calves. Getting stronger on deficit deadlifts which is cool! As I don’t expect that really with my crappy lower back

Estrogen def too low. Go to just 0.5 adex if you went to keep that in.
Hcg wise 250iu x twice weekly is plenty for what you want and won’t cause to a gyno as much.
Water retention wise, some gh will cause it more then others. If you’re doing some of it fasted, this can make it worse so try doing it all more bed , your body metabolise it better.
Also focus on your electrolytes too, you might need some magnesium supplements and maybe tourine to control things a bit better -
are your fats counted from all products such as rice/lean meat or is 70g of fat added from products such as olive oil/peanut butter?
My fats right now are pretty much all from whats in the foods I’m eating. I’m not adding much at all. Maybe 10g peanut butter post workout but that’s about it for now

270 today holding this weight nice and steady now if I eat all my food
If I stay at this weight for a little while I won’t mind. The longer it sit and marinade at a new highest weight I start to feel better with it , get more comfortable with it

Making these jumps in calories cos I’m still lean and appetite is great. So I don’t wait to be too reserved even though I’m gaining
