    Diet , if you’re not very lean, you have room to pull
    Calories done and add cardio. Would add cardio first since calories aren’t high anyway:
    Spend a few weeks (not too long) getting as lean as you can. Then green

    275 today. Gaining like this during a cruise is rather risky I know lol. I am most likely gaining some fat.

    But I’m the absolute strongest I’ve been in the gym. So I know I can still gain muscle too

    Obviously I won’t let it get out of hand but like I said, 280 and hold whilst cruising I’ll be happy with.

    When drugs go back up, I’ll re comp a bit anyway

    Big successful chest session today felt strong and big.

    Last nights “off plan” was peanut butter and honey sandwiches with a whey shake before bed

    Chest and calves
    Flat smith 3 x 6-12
    Incline hammer 3 x 8-12
    Decline pec dec 3 x 10-15
    Incline machine 2 x 15-20
    Decline machine 2 x 10-15
    Standing calf raises 5 x 8-15

    274 today. Held after rest day which is a win

    Back day today we OK. Felt like my sciatica was messing me up, glutes downwards was quite painful on anything where I used my feet stabilise so I was limited on movements / loads but could do

    Either way for a decent lift in. Was just extra picky

    Food going in good. Back up to aiming for 200g carbs per meal, 60-70p and 10-20f

    Cruise dosage feeling kicking in slowly. Noticed the off bit of acne now I guess some hormones are trying to re balance

    All in all a good day. Just need to work on stretching and relaxing my glutes / lower back / hamstrings/ hip flexors etc

    Back and abs
    Low row single arm 2 x 10-15
    Single arm pull down 2 x 10-15
    Neutral grip pull downs 3 x 8-12
    Panatta t bar row 3 x 6-10
    Rope pull overs 3 x 15-20
    Rope ab crunches 3 x 10-20

    Rest day today. Went to the PCA Manchester show as I had a

    Client compete in the tall classic class.

    He looked class, totally peeled, dry and

    Full. Came 2nd out of 9 or 10. 1st place you looked like an IFBB pro bodybuilder lol. So big success for us today

    Diet been hit and miss today. I don’t mind as he said before Sundays are my off days from force feeding too.

    Woke up 274 so up some more

    Nothing much else to report.

    Looking forward to a big back session

    Diet looks fine. Looks like you need to be more consistent and accurate with your cardio and steps AND/OR cut food. Drop 300 calories to keep cutting,

    Wether you’re lean enough depends on how you look / feel / performing in the gym / appetite food focus etc etc

    272 today so creeping back up slowly

    My aim is to stay as consistent as possible on my cruise test dose. Definitely hold this size / weight but if I can slowly creep it up some more then even better

    6 weeks to so, then ramp tie anabolics back up and let that push me into the 280’s then again solidify that , hold it, only do a short cut if I’m gag and / or felt eat at all

    It’s a slow game from here on till next prep

    Arms today went splendidly well : D felt strong pumped and large

    Donkey calf raises 6 x 10-20
    Close grip bench 3 x 5-20
    Dip machine 3 x 8-14
    Cable under hand ext 4 x 8-12

    Throw it and get a new batch / lab. I wouldn’t risk that for a second. That’s going in your body , so even if there’s a tiny doubt don’t bother

    Exactly what Jordan said. I’ve seen client use up to 500mcg BPC just fine also. And try inject it as close to the injured area as possible

    And might sound very basic but LIVE THE PERFECT LIFESTYLE, try cover all your micro nutrient needs. Variety of fruits berries veggies lean protein and grains etc. fresh water, electrolytes, full nights sleep every night and keep stress levels low as possible

    All this plus the tbjp joint supps and you’ll have the best chance at the shortest recovery

    268 again. Carbs back to 1000g since appetite is much better

    And since I can eat more earlier in the day , I’m trying to take in about 600g carbs across meal 1 , training and meal 2

    So the 400 is easier to eat across meals 3-5

    Protein at 350-400
    Fats at 70-100

    Possible one off plan meals most nights depends how I feel

    Today was delts and traps and I am
    Definitely back to feel
    Good again

    Still gonna keep volume low but lifting heavier again

    I feel big but healthier right now

    Hi Sas what i can do if i had hypo around 1 hour after pre workout meal 200g chicken 100g Rice 1 banan and 20g PB, after 5 minuts nap i wake and every thing was alright. Some idea or advise for situation like that ?

    I would increase calories / carbohydrates till this stops buddy. It can also help caused by what you’re taking. But I wouldn’t let this continue

    Been bonding 268-270 since dropping carbs

    I feel a lot better always: appetite is up (not high but it won’t be high now till next contest prep lol)

    Feel a lot less bloated and watery.

    I’ve decided to drop into a cruise now too since when thinking about it the pushed too long without any breaks

    So 400mg test only for 6-8 weeks

    I’ll keep gh and insulin in to make sure I can still progress. Which I know I can ; just very slow

    I’ll bump cards back up to 1000g in a . Few days

    Off season I like estrogen to be on the high side. So AI wise I’ll take it if / when I feel I need it. I like Aromasin off season usually when total mg’s go over 500/600. I’ll stay with 12.5 every 3-4? Days and increase as I need

    In contest prep I like arimidex

    I don’t think proviron is useful in any way shape or form for bodybuilding unless someone needs to increase their SHBG levels.

    Legs today went OK. OK because my lower back decided to hurt for zero reason lol

    Still had a good session. Enjoying doing the stuff legged deads at the moment. Especially after really hammering the hammies

    Food going in a lot easier now so will start to creep the carbs back up

    Otherwise not much to report

    Having a home cooked steak and fries tonight with my mrs. One of my favourite meals. Easy growing calories

    Kick back machine 2 x 10-15
    Stiff leg deads 2 x 5
