    Why do you need to lose 4-5kg buddy? Weight / height class ?
    Doesn’t look like you have much to lose and 3 weeks isn’t long. You’ll end up quite flat / stringy and depleted.

    Bike is great. I’ve done 2 preps solely using an exercise bike in front of my kitchen tv. Nails condition just make sure you don’t overdo it with being on feet all day too.

    Ye I honestly love Sas, always have, always will, he is a brilliant person . We are very lucky with our athletes tbh, Jamie the same – even though he has gone, he would always be welcome back if the deal was right for us both as he is just such a gd person. I’m very happy with our group, at the weekend Kuba And Jade were amazing , and are just getting better every show.
    We are 2 and half years into the clothing snd nutrition brand now , and then had the site running from 2013 , we first had athletes on the site from 2016? It’s taken me a bit of time to adjust to things in terms of having no more emotional attachments left to the movement of athletes , from here in I’m totally happy with absolutely anyone to come and go as I know it will be handled so well in terms of communication that I am totally on board with it now that people often need new things , new adventures , new experiences , new contacts etc etc , I actually don’t believe in “ loyalty “ to a brand , I genuinely think that’s stupid – I don’t expect anyone to be loyal to tbjp , I expect them to be professional and communicate , but loyalty is not an appropriate word at all imo. If and when offers arise , that feel right to any of our athletes I encourage them to take it, because the timeframe to make money is small! Making money – to bring financial freedom is the be all and end all. Financial freedom is a must I think we all need to seek – how we do that doesn’t ever have to be a compromise of professionalism or manners , those things are not mutually exclusive ?

    I love you guys too. I’m feel so lucky and grateful to be back with you, what you’ve written above is amazing and just shows how truly awesome you and Corinne are. This industry, it’s athletes, and your friends are lucky to have you both around. It needs more guys like you.

    You don’t need raise protein. You won’t lose muscle. Definitely move more and drop some carbs, even if you’re really really tired both mentally and physically. Your body can take a lot more then you think.

    Maybe start by adding 2000 to your usual daily activity then use it as one of your tools to taper up from every time fat loss slow.

    Took me 12 months off everything to get back in a good range. So if you can’t get supps just stay healthy, eat well , keep training and stay positive you’ll most likely be ok buddy

    I’d say Clen attacks fat loss differently so it won’t be too much to add it in BUT I’d hold off for now, let the t3/t4 do their thing then add Clen in to keep progressing the fat loss. Use tools progressively instead of all at once

    I’d put close grip smith into arm and delt day.

    And on push A I’d alternate machine dip with push downs.

    BUT being an arm day guy ( I do delts too on arm day) I wouldn’t be scared to use both those compounds. Just choose your volume wisely

    I’d replace it bud, volume looks good for now so see how it feels first. But if you find you’re flying though maybe add another movement.
