Looking at your pics have a plenty of room to grow with just food and training for now before even contemplating upping test.
Not to mention your test levels are above normal anyway unless I’m mistaken. You should grow easily so I don’t need the need in adding extra risk -

250g beef, 150g rice
250g beef/chicken, veg

Dropped into a bigger this week to get leaner and it’s started well. My original goal of doing a guest posing in July still isn’t out the question but I haven’t confirmed it. Mainly because I don’t want to get onstage and just look OK, and I don’t want to throw more drugs in till I decide on a pro show
BUT I am still going to diet hard for the next 5-6 weeks to see how I look.
If I’m happy I’ll jump on stage to guest pose, if not I’ll use a small rebound to continue growing then go into a recovery / trt phase as planned
Starting weight this week was 255 yesterday I’ll post diet below

Exactly what Jordan same. Lots of grains (oats / whole meal bread etc) and some veg like broccoli cause gas in your digestive tract so try using macro dense foods that digest really well for you. And use digestive aid from JP for sure

Massage only ever worked for me if I have a knot. But last 5 years I’ve rarely had a massages. And I have aches and pains then ever due to more stretching , warming up, more rest when I need it etc etc

Hi bud. Food wise I would prioritise quality protein fats and veg first and foremost. And also the micro nutrients your body needs to maintain health. Low stress, lots of quality sleep, fluids etc. carbs depends on your activity levels, if you’re not fat then simply try hold your body weight where it is. Amounts of these macros totally depends on your body’s needs

You’ve just off and bulk or a cut? If calories have been upped then assuming you’ve just stopped dieting down?
Overall looks good, question is how’s it effect your progress? You going in the right direction in the gym and in the mirror / scales ?

Hey bud thanks for your compliment and support as always : ) appreciate it a lot
As for mine and Johns training similarities, for the most part all my training is a results of my own personal experience, trial and error, as well as of course picking things up from others and their methods too.
John is/was an absolutely amazing mind and lifter, what ever came out of him mouth pretty much always made sense and always spot on so I’ve no doubt I’ve taken his advice on board
But generally what I do today is from 23 years if practice and learning for myself. I hit hams and adductors at the start of leg days because my hams were lagging 8 years ago and I wanted to prioritise them learning it just felt better overall for leg training, Chest days I do machines before smith sometimes just to mix things up, but I actually prefer to start chest training with a flat smith or barbell press.
And I alternate calves and abs because I like high frequency for calves mine always responded better to this, even doing them daily worked very well for me
Hope this answers you buddy : )
What I got from this is “Success leaves clues”
John was super successful in developing his and others’ physiques. Sas is super successful in developing his and other’s physiques. They have a similar style and approach to some training nuances. It’s clear that for the most part we have found the formula on how to build muscle – follow the blueprints and don’t reinvent the wheel!

Thank you for the compliment Nick and well said. Success definitely leaves clues and being able to apply information properly to ourselves / manipulate it to suit, is really important also -
That’s progress for sure. And like Clare set why not drop rush 3rd set and focus on 2. That still plenty of work sets

As mentioned above, when you put all 3 onto 1 vial you’re not guaranteed it’s mixed even. So I’d take out that guess and just draw out what you need that day.

Test + nandrolone still raises estrogen. You want to switch but you’re overall dosage it still 800 so if you’re progressing nicely on just test but worried about estrogen why not first just add aromasin, then see how you get on. Or if you really want to try test & nandrolone then just switch the dosages but add aromasin for sure in my opinion. From personal experience I don’t think you’ll gain s lot from lowering test and adding deca

So been a pretty steady week so far if single days and slightly lower calories compared my doubles block
Feel great, tighter today although coming off slowly, my goal is to stay and full rounder and strong as I can purely because I’m just loving training right now. But I will get lean : )
Test is still at 400. I am due a trt phase soon to help clear out, get sensitive and healthy before another moderate push.
Training now for a normal week
Monday back abs
Tuesday chest calves
Wednesday rest
Thursday legs abs
Friday upper chest / delts traps
Saturday arms abs calves
Sunday restI’m throwing chest into delt day because my upper chest is always one to flatten out when calories drop so I’m going to see if this helps
I might even throw some back into arm day. My chest and back responded super well to high frequency during my double days so I might incorporate this to my single days some how
Like I said, I’m having FUN.

Thanks for the video that came out today. Your videos on the site are my favourite because of so much insight you provide into your training.
I wanted to ask you this for quite some time:
Would you say your training is influenced by John Meadows? As I have been running his programs which I do like very much I can’t help to notice quite a lot of similarities between his style and your style.
For example you start with a machine press, before going into smith machine presses. You finish off with push ups which he also did quite a lot.
You alternate training abs and calves for every sessions, something he did quite a lot as well.
Your leg days you start with hams and adductors before moving on to quads. This is what I have noticed so far.
I am quite open to the very likely possibility that you just came to your own conclusions on how to do things, and they just happen to align with his, but I wanted to ask anyway ?Hey bud thanks for your compliment and support as always : ) appreciate it a lot
