Definitely needs to be kept chilled. A shot might me ok for a couple hours outside of the fridge but it could lose strength.

1 to 6:30 … is a big gap without aminos especially since training in between. I would take 20-30g EAA’s with the banana before training, then 10-20g EAA’s with the dextrose post workout. Gains covered : D

Legs today went extremely well. Still on a run of some cool training sessions at the moment even if the body weight isn’t budging lol
Felt strong. Felt a little flatter then usually due to yesterdays rest day low calories food.
But strong and pumped none the less

Rest day today so not too much to report.
Dropping calories quite considerably on rest day at the moment to help my digestive tract clear out ready for training day food again
So a big reason why rest days every 2-3 days is important for me moving forward with this off season
In fact, I’m even letting myself get a little hungry on these rest days. I think this lets me know I’m not just forcing food and backing things up
Did more steps then usual too as I went
Shopping for Leanne’s bday. Hit 12k. Like a contest prep day : DSo it’s bed time now and I feel really good. Like I can breath again lol ready to slap a ton food down again from tomorrow
Big leg day tomorrow

Bit of a mad day yesterday. Trained back which felt very good, then Andrew jacked was visited the gym so went back there and chilled with him and Nathan de Asha for a while. They did chest for Nathan’s YouTube.
Andrew is very cool! Chilled and humble. And a freak haha awesome to see and very motivational

Just wondering why youve changed from using 2k tropin gh bud ?
I got to try the viogen, instantly felt fuller, less water retention, better sleep. So I’m guessing viogen is better dosed

So both yesterday and today taken off from training and it’s felt very much needed. Traveled to the 2bros British finals yesterday which was a cool day getting to see some my tbjp gang, and the top amateurs go at it, new IFBB pros, Samson douda speech on stage and more…
Not much to report other than that. Food has been slightly lower to give my gut a breather too. So I’m expecting to be light tomorrow.
Back to work tomorrow trying to get huuuge
Hope you’re all having a great weekend so far : )
Whats your current diet looking like mate?
Will post diet in a few minutes buddy so check back : ) -

Another very good day. Yesterday I got on the scales but it wasn’t fasted it was before bed. 285. So guessing high 270’s fasted. Which will do for now!
Definitely feel bigger. Enjoying training more than ever and getting the food in.
Every night this week has been cheat meal to push calories up. Alternating between chicken burgers and beef burgers, the little pots of cheese cake for desert
Don’t feel super healthy. But not too bad for this heavy. May add some cardio soon.
Arm day today. I’m taking the weekend off as I’m traveling a bit, and I’m
Starting to get excessive elbow pain so think 2 days off will do me some good at this point. So went a little easier on arms just a super pumps session, minimal rest periods

Hi Sas
Fairly new to this site, really enjoy your content.
Just had a question regarding your training as its abit different from the low volume/high frequency approach i see alot of people use in the gym these days. Would you recommend a high volume bro split to someone whos not got the level of muscle maturity that you have? Find your comments in your vids about taking sets to 80/90% interesting.
Just really wondering if you think your training is specific to you or would others see the benefit of training more like you?
Thanks
G
Hey Graeme, thank you for joining and filling my log buddy, much appreciated : )
I definitely like a loner these days regarding training haha
Ok so I’ve been following “bro split” from day one. I don’t see any issues what so ever with a beginner using it. Worked perfectly fine for me and hundreds of the best bodybuilders on the planet over the last few decades.
In fact, when I ddi first competing at age 27, I had more dense muscle, muscle maturely then anyone on stage with me, at my FIRST show.
Also, I attribute lot of my shape , roundness, 3D look to my style of training.
Regarding 80-90% failure sets, this is specific to me , I’ve been training 24 years, hard, so my joints are more sensitive to injury.
BUT if you watch my recent videos, I do take all my sets to failure , but just bit the kind of failure reps where I’m grinding or need a spot. I stop when I can’t SAFELY do another rep.
Thanks Sas for the feedback, been enjoying watching your vids on here and youtube. The way you train actually looks fun
Thanks mate. And yes fun is key for me. If something I do don’t fun, I don’t do well at it lol -
How far will you take AAS use this push SAS? Are you just going to stick with test eq or will you be throwing in mast/anadrol too?
I’ll probably stay at 800 test 300 eq for as long as I’m feeling good in the gym seeing progress in the mirror, then creep it up slowly, and max out at 1000 test 500 eq. Past that, I just don’t see a benefit. 1500 is the upper limit for me feeling good and being able to eat and sleep. I’ve tried 2g and over and I don’t see a huge jump in progress, none that’s sustainable anyway
No won’t be using masteron till prep. It dehydrates muscles / joints and gives wrinkles hahaha and it’s a weak anabolic
I never say no to anadrol : D but not yet. Maybe peak off season

If food hasn’t digested, and you’ve gone hard hard on squats yes can happen. But it’s not a good thing. I suggest you give yourself more time between meal 1 and training and / or choose easier to digest foods
