I would start at 300 test then when you stall add primo. 200mg then when you stall again add another 100mg. You can also use food for stalls as long as your not too sloppy.

Just remove it buddy, could not be real as that’s common or just doesn’t work well with you.

I don’t track from non direct protein sources. If you are tracking cals you can use an app and it will add them directly but as Kuba said it will be on top of your protein requirement.

Yes it can be a sign of BP. You need to take regular readings. Why the tren out of interest?

It can help suppress estrogen. Are you getting sides from your estrogen readings? I use p5p b6 for prolactin. 2 x 150mg tbs per day.

Have you previously come down from a heavy weight with a large amount of weight loss? Skin looks a little loose and if this is the case the coach should have been more Conservative due to previous bfat levels

Yes you can utilise this all year round. I prefer mine just on training days personally.

Kuba spot on. If body composition is good you can push carbs high. You can also utilise something like in sure to help uptake. Fats wise you can push over 100g if needed but just track digestion. I find after 120 130 digestion can be off.

Peter spot on, try and enjoy your training and eat sensible. Read the back of the packaging to learn about carbohydrates, proteins and fat or use something like my fitness pal for a period of time. The sources Peter mentioned are perfect. It’s good to get into writing your own plans so you understand calories etc. For example to build muscle you need a surplus (more calories than your body needs to maintain weight). To lose bfat you need a deficite (less calories than it takes to maintain weight). Spread your calories out over 4 to 5 meals, train very hard, not just cable pulldowns, don’t overthink everything and enjoy your training. If your training for any other reason than enjoyment then it will always be an up hill struggle.

Only thing I find with eq is my rbc goes sky high. So if your prone to that be aware of it. Otherwise its a reasonable cycle for someone who has run multiple Otherwise I would keep the dose lower
