Yes it’s super simple and doesn’t need to be over thought like Jordan has said. I tend to pull calories from fats initially but always ensure I have a little in even deep in prep.

I would start very low and gradually build up the dose if your running along cycle. You could do 12 weeks then come down for abit like a trt then back up for your photo shoot prep.

If I’m eating 5 meals they are usually around 3 to 4 hours between but it’s good to remain flexible and not obsess over small details.

As mentioned you have a number of things in your diet that could cause this problem. As Clare mentioned a process of elimination will be the only way to really find out what’s causing it.

I would begin to push up here adding an additional 350 to 500kcals per day. Keep activity in.
