    Yes it’s super simple and doesn’t need to be over thought like Jordan has said. I tend to pull calories from fats initially but always ensure I have a little in even deep in prep.

    I would get some case studies and this may mean offering discounted of free trails periods. After this you can build a profile that shows people what you can achieve for them.

    I would start very low and gradually build up the dose if your running along cycle. You could do 12 weeks then come down for abit like a trt then back up for your photo shoot prep.

    If I’m eating 5 meals they are usually around 3 to 4 hours between but it’s good to remain flexible and not obsess over small details.

  • Definitely rest, your body is fighting a virus so will struggle to give you energy t9 train and recover. You can end up making yourself more ill and actually losing muscle.
