Do you have a medical issue? I would just eat natural foods or find the cause of the issue. Sweetners will make your digestion worse. I have clients who have had part of their intestines removed and they are much better on basic natural foods. Easily digestible proteins like fish and carbs like mashed sweet potato or rice. But again I don’t know your situation.

Insulin pins are the best if your lean enough as there’s less trauma to the area. Obviously you can only do 1ml shots like this so spread them out as you wish. I never liked jabbing daily as its shit so never did daily but its preference.

If you come off after each cycle you will improve all of the above. If your running all year round then ultimately you will reduce fertility and increase hair loss. However, there are alot of methods to regain fertility but its not always guaranteed.

Train like your life depends on it, to the point where you question why your doing it to yourself, particularly on leg and back days. Eat 5 to 6 nutritious meals a day. if you get too fat pull back, if not put more food in. If you don’t grow your not training hard enough or eating enough. That’s it. Science….
