It was normal to come off every 3 to 4 months when I started bodybuilding. It’s only in the last 10 years or so people bridge in between or trt in between. I’m not sure if physiques are any better for it or if there are more health issues because of it. Either way both work but I always continued to cycle on and off as blood work recovered well this way. I’ve attached a pct protocol below.
PCT
3 weeks after prop (slow ester 5 weeks) shot get bloods checked, test should be at 0 to 1 mml.
Then 3 weeks 2000iu HCG every other day on the days your not shooting hcg take 25mg of aromasin (16 days).
Tamoxifen only needed if you get gyno. 40mg split am and pm Every day for 40 days.
After 3 weeks start Clomid 100mg for 2 weeks. 50 mg for 4 weeks. 25mg for 10 days. Bloods checked should sit at 8mmol or more (base range 8to30mmol). Take before bed due to depression side effects. Clomid doubles production of LH levels. Pituitary needs to start producing FSH and LH after HCG, HCG does this sysntheticaly hence why we need to stop it once test is at base.

Light exercise is fine, nothing that increases heart rate dramatically. Weight training can be done as it won’t impact heart rate too much, I would focus on lighter weights. If you have a good diet and lifestyle there’s no reason why you can’t get in good shape and have muscle but you must keep track of symptoms and get the right treatment.

As Peter said it’s a long process. I assume you’re doing it to conceive? You can get your sperm checked after 3 months to see motility and volume. There’s been cases online where hcg gas been sufficient enough to improve fertility (5000iu per week). However, those who showed little improvement added 150 hmg a week with good results after 6 months. This can be costly so it’s important your partner has checks too to ensure they have no underlying issues

If your not progressing on 1g of gear on your 2nd cycle something somewhere is not right. It’s either training, nutrition or fatigue.

Drinking juice during your session will not improve or decrease muscle growth. The thing that helps muscle growth is training extremely hard and not worrying about what juice you should drink

Water retention is normal initially on anabolics but usually your body will find homeostasis and balance out. If your on anabolics then you should get regular blood work to keep track of kidneys, liver, cholesterol and rbc and do regular blood pressure readings.

Just get bloods done before increasing dose so you can keep track of your health markers.

If you have exhausted training and nutrition and your sticking then you can bump a little. As you become more experienced you learn that more is not always better but everyone has to find their own sweet spot where bloods and results are good.
