    Hey Jellevdd,

Most modern classics take as much as open guys now but don’t have the ability to grow as big, many will use insulin and gh as standard along with large amounts of other compounds which is why they don’t look like the golden era guys, more small modern bodybuilders, with the exception of Wesly Visor who for me is the perfect representative for the class. It should be for different unique physiques rather than just a class for smaller bbuliders but thats just my opinion. They will never release specific criteria for the class as they want as many competitors as possible in the class. I’ve seen over 30 competitors in one height class on multiple occasions, 30 x £150 over 4 classes plus crossover fees as many do mens physique too keeps promoters happy and sanction fees paid so you can’t blaim them.

    Hey Paul,
I train using JPs progressive overload programme. I’ve always trained heavy as i love it. 2 working sets anywhere from 6 to 10 reps depending how much i push the weight. I got upto 260kg deads for reps during my last prep and have squated 300kg years ago. The goldenera era guys would train heavy and hard, i think the only difference is the steroid use, they didn’t have so much knowledge then, nutrition was kept simple and meals small, that plus all the core work, most specifically vacuums meant they didn’t bloat out. insulin use wasn’t around and gh was minimal.

    Hey Paul,
yes i think that i should be okay with the water retention as my diet is pretry low on carbs which as we know can make you hold water and work as an inflammatory. bloating wise i will definately keep a close eye on as i really don’t want to disturb my midsection. For the amounts i will use i hope i will only see beneficial health effects. Jordan thinks it would be beneficial so lets see if we can get.some and give it ago. Bloods due back soon so i will share results on here.

    hey Paul,

seems like everyone has a similar opionion on this. Definately need a good source, i think your right, i would only do small amounts so don’t think it would impact my midsection, plus i don’t eat large meals and do plenty of core work. If i noticed any bloating i would stop as for me keeping the midsection tight is my main priority.

    Hey Joshua,

yes it seems some time is needed on it for real results. And finding a good source seems to be the biggest issue.

looking good m8, okay 366 so high. I think the new precautions your taking should help, if i was to do a 3 day split it would definitely be push, pull and legs. Could be worth doing for a while to see if it reduces your prolactin. Just ensure your consuming enough calories for your output, unless your dieting for show ofcourse.

im not sure how your measuring your range.
    high levels would be between
    30 ng/mL and 200 ng/mL

It looks like your taking the correct supplements for this problem. Have you had any gyno form, it can occur naturally.

Hey, have you ever tried CBD oil? i found that helped alot to reduce stress and aid sleep. I personally would switch to a 3 day split with light cardio in the other days. Atleast until you feel rejuvenated. Give yourself a deload week too. Sometimes less is more when your training naturally. Some of the biggest guys i met competing naturally had a 3 day split, but when they trained they trained all out. Whats your current cal intake? Im sure Dean and Jordan can add to this.

Hey Mike, that is good advice, seems to be what the research suggests and what manu have said. My use would purely be for injury maintainance and fat metabolism. I hold fat really easy so for that reason it could be a big benefit to me. Will let you all know what JP says.
