    here’s two side chest variations to practice, both have there pros and cons. The first one I’m vacuuming to push the chest out, the second im squeezing down on the obliques.

    Hey Joshua,
    i definately don’t practice as much in the offseason. Main reason being your body can look completely different when your lean. I find some of the poses i look okay in during the offseason don’t look great during prep and vice versa. That being said it’s still worth hitting the odd shot and trying out new things. Once prep starts i practice almost daily.

    here’s a shot of currently one of the best posers in the world Ruff Diesel, we took a trip to the beach to practice posing in our pants. A pretty normal day out ????. Similar shots but hit in different ways if you check the feet positioning.

    2nd week back on amd gaining strength and size again. Currently 117.7kg. Would like to be tighter but JP is happy. training is going well, pushing Harry my training partner who is competing soon. Different approaches as he is hitting more volume and I’m sticking to 2 working sets. He’s currently working with Aceto so it’s interesting to see his approach. He pushed me last year so it’s my time to repay him. Filming for the site on monday with @clare so looking forward to that. No comps planned just yet but you never know when we may have the urge to go for one.

    Amazing story Clare, all this time we talk about bodybuilding and i had no idea about this amazing charity, explains why you never moan on prep, just get on with it. We will never know hunger like many in 3rd world countries.

    love the sandwich talk. I had a ciabatta with meat balls and goats cheese yesterday, embracing the offsesson lol. Sam sounds like your dieting m8 ????, so descriptive. Hopefully your Hernia will be sorted soon Haider, must suck having to hold back.

    changes, was squat, then deadlift, currently dbell press.

    most challenging: any abs and calf exercises lol

    wouldn’t go without: squat, deads, press dbell or iso.

    chest today:
    dumbell press: took the 75kgs for a spin, got 5 reps after a set of 8 with 70. will be repping 75s in a months time.

    exercise 2: iso press, 2 working sets, 160kg for 8 reps.

    exercies 3: cable x over 2 working sets 15 reps

    exercise 4: banded dips, 2 working sets using red band, 10 to 12 reps.

    exercise 5: cuff raises 3 sets 15 reps

    exercise 6: stretch using dbells

    exercise 7: mechanical drop on triceps. 4 drops

    exercise 8: single arm bicep curl, 2 sets 15 reps

    exercise 9: preacher curl, triple drop set.

    Hey Corinne, i would have to say summer because i like the way the sun reflects of the water. ????. If your talking comp wise i would say contest prep, i prefer to be lean than look like a big fat blob.

    400mg test per week
    200mg NPP
    3 halfs tbs arimidex per week
    2iu GH AM and PM training days only.
