Hey Ben, this is a split that Jordan put me on, I’ve definately noticed a difference with less volume. I have another 2 push workouts and i cycle the 3. One of my push sessions has a similar approach to what you mentioned, actually starts on a compound shoulder then chest then back to shoulders. Basically one is more chest dominant and the other has more shoulders in. Arms wise are a fairly strong point for me so a touch up on each session is adequate.

Sam, yer always ontop of rehab, massage therapy etc otherwise i can’t function. Luckily i have Harry and Rachel to keep me in one peace. Yer i wana see Harrys legs looking ridiculous. haha wellness, the way my ass is right now i may do that. The easier and more relaxed it is the better i think. I used to kill myself and would just look worse.

@corinne, spoke about this a little today in the video, i would always over do sets, drop sets, super sets etc. I’ve had the most results from a 2 working set protocol. The famous less is more when will we learn lol. I think bodybuilding is a weird one, in most other sports the more you practice the better you get, hours in the pool, lake, court, pitch etc. But for us it’s a short period of time to make every second count whislt knowing when to hold back and when to push. Then the rest of the time is recovery, suppose we don’t have it so bad ????

Hey @samking,
thanks for that, only managed 6 reps on them today, right pec issue from that seratus nerve damage, never know when it’s going to flare up. Yer Harry was constantly trying to get on the camera to pysc Jordan out for their up and coming show lol. His pale complexion makes him pretty much see through anyway. Too early to tell yet, holding a shit load of water, swollen hands and pins and needles from time to time but il adapt to it soon, my body is obviously sensitive to it. Hope it makes a difference bloody cost of it lol. Yer goal is always to get stronger with quality reps. How you feeling on prep?_________________________________________

I use alot of transitions from poses so i can move effortlessly into each pose making it look comfortable. I have some of my routines over on my instagram page so have a look if you want to get an idea of transitioning. You want your routine to be unique and standout so using different poses can definitely help that.

I use lots of references for posing, obviously my favorite bodybuilders and greek statues etc. I practice and then try and add my own twist to the pose. Take lots of pictures and make adjustments, it must flow and look natural. Added some pics of just some of the references on recent poses.

no worries, i thought it was something not many people ask about but without doubt it’s as important as the training, food and drugs. Resources wise are pretty limited, i believe Golden Aesthetics are doing an AtoZ posing video. It’s something ive wanted to do for a while, i have plenty of images i can share, if you practice and post pics up then we can help direct you via here. Thats what i want this topic to be, very interactive. what class are you doing? Good push session filmed for the site today. Slowly moving some heavy weights, one of my injuries was a little flared up today but still managed to beat the diary. @clare was on legs today. Both sessions will be on the site soon ????????
