Definately agree with consuming quality calories. When i started to have abit of extra income i invested in more organic meats amd fruit & veg. The main difference was my digestion, bloating was reduced, stools where better and energy levels improved. I stick to foods off the blood type O diet. I’ve been using the blood type foods for many years now and if i deviate slightly say after a cheat i notice the difference immediately. Blood types like B or AB can have a little more freedom with foods. Everyone knows someone that can eat almost anything and respond well so it does depend on the individual. I have a very sensitive digestive system so picking suitable foods and food sources is extremely important for me. Trial and error is the best method for determining the best foods for your body. I recently removed chicken from my daily diet, i may have it once a week or on a cheat. I now eat predominantly white fish, oily fish and red meat which seem to be digesting well. As an O type i have more acid in my stomach which means i can consume a good amount of meat, beef being a beneficial as well as the occasional game meats. I avoid more cultivated foods that contain gluten, wheat and avoid dairy. Some one with an A type has less acid so they tend to have adverse reactions to hard digesting foods like red meat. AB and Bs have some of the more adaptable digestive systems so they can have a little more variety. It’s an interesting read so worth looking at just google the blood type diet, i would never go back after implementing the blood type foods into my diet.

2iu gh am and pm training days only.

I’m using an insulin pin for all shots now, takes a while to load up but it’s pain free and easy. using my leg where i hold the least amount of fat so the pin is in the muscle.

So i went to train today and 2 sets in i stopped. my tonsils are swollen my injuries are also playing up because I’m run down. I’ve learnt over the yrs to listen to my body. So this week looks like it’s going to be a deload week. I haven’t had one for a while but now my body is telling me. I may even take tomorrow off if there’s no improvement. I’ve seen studies that a mans cold can be as bad as child birth so it’s no joke ????.

    Hey Jellevdd,
I vacuum every morning on an empty stomach 20 secs each time over 3 sets. I also do them when i train my core around 3 x a week.

    Hey @samking104 ,
it happened to be the busiest afternoon we have had for a while, maybe they knew the camera crew was in. Yer Scott was trying to show of his stroke rehabilitation skills, you must have seen what he can do with an apple. yer i like weighted and banded dips, tend to switch between the two. I think the most underrated exercises are the basics. basically any press, row or squat movement. There are so many machines that isolate the left bicep vetrarricular ass cheek and the moris minor major left neck ventricle. I get asked do you have specific machines by people with no muscle lol. Reg Park built a physique better than 99% of ppl who train today with some dumbells, barbells and a sack on the floor. It’s nice to have the hammer machines but i started to neglect the basics, when i started deadlifting, rowing and squating again the results came thick and fast.
