    Hey Devin,
yer that could be a start, personally i would just remove come carbs on your off days to increase sensitivity again and leave it there for a week or two. If your looking at increasing activity then that alone will get things moving. After that it’s little baby steps each week tracking as you go making small adjustments when needed. It could be worth getting a step watch too, track what your currently doing. if your at 5,000 a day move up to 8,000 for example.

Hey, 150mg put me at 30mmol the high end of the natural testosterone measurent so that could be a perfect TRT dose for you. Everyone responds differently so after 6 weeks get your bloods done and adjust from there. I didn’t need any AI at that dose but again you may need a little depending on blood work.

Thanks for the input everyone! I will most likely hold off on cardio or keep it very low until my weight stalls and then utilize that and I was just using 200mg to play it safe it’s not pharm grade so could be a little under dosed no idea until I get bloods which will be soon hopefully will lower to 175mg then!! and yes everything is digesting well atm! I don’t have any cheats planned as of yet I think having the rice cereal and oats with fruit on my high carb days helps with cravings plus my carbs are around 500g still but if I do have a cheat I will just try to be smart with it

cool, yer if your gona have extra food or a meal off say then utalise it around a pull or leg session. Be interesting to see where your test levels sit on that dose.

I liked the Precor Hack at MJs gym, think it was precor anyway. Next i would say a HS shoulder press, then a new lying leg curl, new decline bench and a standing leg curl. Could do with some steppers really but weights come before cardio lol

Hey Sam, yer strength is definately increasing now, i have a check in tomorrow so i will update weight and pics on here.

i like banded dips, i can either look to increase band resistance or move to weighted dips. I did weighted dips last time and got to about 50kg

Good to see you have joined the team mate, interested to follow this as i myself have considered moving back to open. It’s hard dropping that much weight for Amatuer classic.

I’ve started gh for the first time 5 weeks ago. So far I’ve personally noticed a fair amount of water retention, strength seems to have gone up, recovery wise and injury wise not notcied much yet but it’s very early days. I feel like im a little tighter already as in midsection bf seems to have decreased. I’m doing 2iu am and 2iu pm on training days only. Il update more as i go. Like everything i think everyone responds differently some have better results than others. I think getting a good quality source is the most important and arguably the hardest part.

@devdog16 , do all those food sources digest well? also do you ever have refeeds or cheats? trt wise that may have you over. i used 150mg per week and hit 30mmol. see what your bloods say.

Hey Devin, looks pretty good. I wouldn’t drop that much too soon, maybe just increase activity a little before dropping cals. Then gradually bring food down a little, so focus carbs around training and like you said reduce on non training days. Adjustsments as small as moving from say 30g of nut butter to 25g over a week are good little steps. What food sources do you use? What dose are you using for trt?

So PBs galore today, push session below

    ex 1: inc dbell press, 2 working sets, 65s for 12, 75s for 8

    ex2: iso press, 2 working sets, 200kg for 8, 220kg for 5

    ex3: banded dips, 3 sets 12 reps

    ex4: cables, 2 working sets, 15reps

ex5: cuff raises, 3 sets 12 reps, drop on last set.

    ex6: tricep mechanical drop set, 10 reps x 4

    ex7: calf raises, 3 sets 12 reps.

stretch and abs to finish, 100 reps of abs.

MPS Max and Sustain went down a treat, felt great the whole workout and even after, usually im zapped after moving PBs but felt surprisingly good after, not surprised when you look at the ingredients and quality, should help prevent my immume system from hitting rock bottom with it’s ingredients.

    Hey Sam,

yer glad it’s over but definitely needed it. PBs coming every session. Big PBs today using the new products. Digestion is superb and felt good and energetic the whole time. God knows what it will be like when prepare comes.

I haven’t read a flex magazine in yrs. i used to buy them every month and soon noticed that they repeat alot of the same info as the years went by.

I love the lower volume training, i am much stronger and feel like im building muscle alot quicker. I can’t say i miss the volume etc, although i do a little on leg days with the 50 rep drop and quad drops on arms so still getting a fix for that. Loving RDLs, they fit well on both days to be fair, love moving weight in that way so hopefully push some big numbers.
