Hey Teaman, training the day before or on the day can impact bloodwork. Ideally a day or 2 if rest will help prevent dramatic impacts on your blood. keep hydrated too.

Hey, as above it’s nice to a have a few sources, each type of protein has a different amino acid profile so a varied diet will ensure your getting enough. Always stick to the foods that digest well for you. I personally don’t eat alot of chicken as for some reason i don’t digest it so well. i stick to white fish, oilly fish, red meat, nuts/nutbutter, eggs, isolate for example. Always listen to your digestion.

Yer well spotted THP. I also used to make decaf iced coffees, lots of ice, splash of low cal almond milk, stevia sweetener and stevia choc or caramel drops.

I found Perrier to be the best for blending and taste.

    Hey,
I used to snack on raw broccoli, in the end i found it didn’t digest so well. It depends on how your stomach responds to it. Cucumber is great with salads and it’s low cal. When i was really suffering with energy and hunger i would chop half a cucumber up, remove all the skin then chop up a whole lemon, again remove all the skin and pips. Put in a blender and add EAAs or BCAAs, flavour of your choice. add a small amount of sparkling water (the important bit). I used lemon hinted. Add lots of ice and blend into a slush puppy or sorbet consistency. Its really sweet and hits the sugar craving spot. I use a ninja, 1 third spark water, the rest ice and ingredients.

Sam, definitely think there are more guys taking gear just for beach bods. in the 80s it was just for elite athletes, now everyman and his dog are taking it. Its pretty clear to see that it has minimal impact on someone not following a regimented diet plan and intense training plan, add drinking every weekend to this and you have a great recipe for health problems. I would say they ask within the 1st 3 question, we all want that magic pill and when you say it doesn’t exist they think your lying.
Had a guy in the other day tell me he was my size 6 months ago, he was about 11st. Some people must have magic mirrors lol

about 4g protein per egg white, obviously smaller eggs less. You can get egg whites in bottles now and they are probably a more accurate measurement per ml.

    Still on
    400mg test per week
    400mg npp
    2iu gh am and pm.

loving gh at the min, feel like it’s definitely making a difference. Hopefully this shows you that you can build muscle on minimal gear, i know 12st guys on double the above. The most anabolic thing you can do is train like you have mental problems and eat as regimented as a monk
