Hey, mine was 150mg per week of test. Saw me at 30mmol (the top end of recommended levels). Yours may be slightly different but you could try that then get bloods done in 6 weeks

Hey, i personally haven’t but know guys that have, you can use insulin pins and i wouldn’t put in more than a ml. There are much better places to jab, glutes, legs, shoulders, lats etc
