    I also find a vacuum in a back or front lat spread can make a big difference so try with and without holding a vacuum.

    push day today, workout below:

    ex1: incline HS press, 2 working sets, 170kg x 6, 150 x 8
    ex2: iso HS flat press, 2 working sets, 200 x 8, 240 x 4
    ex3: cable x over, 3 working sets, 15 reps
    chest stretch
    ex4: shoulder press Dbell, 2 working sets
    ex5: side laterals into front raises, 2 working sets. 10 to 12 reps
    ex6: shrugs, 2 working sets
    ex7: triceps, cable quad drop set on Vbar
    ex8: overhead extentions with rope, 2 working sets.
    ex9: abs, cables and leg raises
    calfs to finish, 3 working sets, 12reps

    shoulder playing up a little today so did one less chest exercise and worked around it as best as i could. Rest up time ready for back tomo.

    I’ve taken stuff in my suitcase, unlikely to ever check and you can say it’s for personal use, obviously don’t take shit loads cos you don’t want them thinking your selling it in the unlikely event that they open your suitcase. certainly don’t put it in your carry on

    Another week of training completed, all numbers where beaten and I’m not showing any signs if fatigue yet. I think only hitting 4 sessions a week currently is helping ensure i recover and beat numbers consistently. more of the same next week. have a great Sunday every1.

    Hey, try bringing your elbows around more in both the front and back shots. So as you pull your elbows around your lats should naturally follow. massage wise get your whol back stripped out, Scar tissue can cause tightness in the back and make it more difficult to pose.

    start at 50mg, then as the show comes closer move up to 100mg, then 150 or 200mg max in the last week. Halotestin would be a good idead for the last week too.

    Hey buddy, your lats are out in those shots, I’ve seen others that can’t pull their lats out at all and their traps come.over instead. Do you do any lat activation work? do you feel your lats contracting when you train back and do you get any sports massages?

    Hey, mine was 150mg per week of test. Saw me at 30mmol (the top end of recommended levels). Yours may be slightly different but you could try that then get bloods done in 6 weeks

    rest day is upon us, away this weekend but have all my food i need, will have 1 meal off but planning to be active this weekend so lots of walks. yesterday’s back workout below:
    ex1: dbell pullover, 2 working sets.
    ex2: cable lat pulldown, 2 working sets.
    ex3: single arm row HS plate loaded. 1 set 20 reps
    ex4: banded pull ups, 2 working sets.
    ex5: single arm cable row, quad drop set
    ex6: hyper extentions
    ex7: cable hammers, 2 working sets
    ex8: cable curl, 2 working sets
    ex9: abs, 100 reps, vacuums
    stretch.
    20mins cardio
