You mentioned you are only training 4 sessions a week. Do you think during an off season it’s a good way to go? I can only imagine you’d feel fresh and rested and be hanging out to hit the weights each time.
Hey m8, yer if i pushed for a 5 session week it would have to be something small and would probably be a waste of time. i know i can go all out on those 4 sessions. Recovery wise i have always had DOMS on or off gear even after 16yrs of training, that tells me my body needs more rest for recovery.

it’s down to the individual but one squat and deadlift variation session a week is enough for me. CNS is fried if i push anymore than that. If I’m not squating then two dead variations a week.

Hey buddy, i get my music custom made, i have two of my routines up on youtube, search primitive performance. I try and make it different and have a little fun so it’s not the same thing as everyone else. I usually start with a slow piece and move into a faster pace.

Really don’t think it’s a lost art bud with some guys that are about now. Watch old videos there would literally be like 2/3 guys that would pose correctly ( if you pay attention to detail you’ll see this) rest don’t really pose right.
Practice practice practice and you’ll find your own groove on how to display YOUR physique best this is where some posing coaches at the moment go wrong… they teach everyone same way when everyone is different and should pose a touch different

Hey m8, I think posing is left behind by alot of people particularly at an amatuer level, i watch alot of videos from the 70s and 80s and the pros then really treated as an art. Although its has got alot better. I think most of the Pros now have upped their game since Arnold had his moan. Many are using coaches and a good coach knows to how to teach each person individually to hide his or her faults. I think Ruff Diesel is one of the best posers today.

Hey Ryan, yes you can push your hammy out with the other leg. Arm placement wise you can play around with it and see what looks best. These shots are what i feel look best for me so you can play around with small adjustments.

Good pull session today, felt a little more fatigued than usual towards the end so thankful for tomorrows rest day. Check in fast approaching so I’m hoping for a noticeable difference, it all just depends on how my body is responding to adjustments. Hopefully it’s recoverd from last yrs prep and reponds well. will post todays workout tomorrow.
