I would aim for a week for each item nut initially I would remove almost everything and start on the basic foods then build up from there.

If this was me I would start again. Drop all supplements, cor, whey, all health supps.
Food wise I would use the below only
Turkey (no chicken as this can cause issues)
Beef
Eggs
Fish
Rice
Rice cakes
Potatoes sweet and white
Gluten free bread
Spinach (small amount)
Kale (small amount)
From the above I would create a basic plan then asses digestion after each meal. Get some bone broth as this is great for gut health especially if your blood type.O.
Once you have done the above for a week or 2 you can start to add vit d plus K. Then L-glutamine. Creatine, omegas. Stick to basic supps and do one at a time for a week and log digestion. I would guess you have an intolerance to sweetners too due to all the supps you where using. Use wholefoods and get your digestion back on track naturally instead of putting a plaster on it by using every supplement available to try and solve an issue that can be solved via diet.

Digestive enzymes can be handy when consuming large amounts of food and they definitely work but are not always needed as it’s very individual.

High protein diets can cause more urination. I find whey shakes make me pee a fair bit so you could change your last meal.

Peter is your guy and spot on with what he’s said. It’s alot cheaper to come off as hcg and hmg when you can get it can add up to a pretty penny when used for a long period of time.

I would taper the cardio back as your already doing a good amount of movement. 300kcal is good like you suggested then when you stall you can push up 300kcal again. Hard to say on weight gain as everyone is different. I would aim for no more than 2lbs a week Initially but there’s no rule. Just make sure you don’t make the mistake alot of people make by wanting to stay too lean in a push up.

You can put in at the start of prep and start at the lowest dose 20mcg and increase when thing’s stall.

Hey,
Ideally you use antibac water with GH. I’ve heard people use normal water but it will build up bacteria quicker. It’s worth buying anti bac water online as it’s cheap.
