I like Clares set up here unless you’re waking really close to training in which case you could have eaas and pfuel pre training so there in your system then your usual pw meal and add the other meal later on.

When pushing large amounts of food you won’t have an appetite for it. It comes down to do you need it to grow and how much do you want it. My training partner is a pro and requires 7k cals in the offseason, I’ve seen him gag towards the end of meals and still finish them. You can use the tips above but if you are a hard gainer at some point you will just have to get it down.

Insulin is not just something you throw in because other people are doing it. If you fuck it up you die. Which is difficult but it has happened. I personally wouldn’t ever use it and even during my competive years I didn’t use it. If you are a very advanced bodybuilder and have a large amount of muscle and eat a large amount of food and plan on competing at a high level then maybe you can do some research and use it responsibly or under guidance from someone who knows what their doing.

At 16 I would just enjoy your training and eat alot of good food, you have no injuries when your young so you can really enjoy training pain free. Make sure you do compound movements. I see alot of young people doing full workouts on cables and getting nowhere because of it.

As Jordan said 1 gram is reasonable by today’s standard. I wouldn’t like 700 test personally but would do something like 500 300 then build up to 500 500 then after that if I was competing and absolutely had to take more because I had exhausted training and nutrition i would add npp 200mg to start and work from there. Bloods every 3 months too

What does your 15% look like? You can grow muscle holding bfat and if on cycle you have outside hormones in play so you don’t need to be as strict than say if your natural where you can only manipulate food and bfat to control hormones. Many top pros over the years got fat as fuck and built muscle. Is it the best way to do things? Not from a health perspective but it’s impossible to say your gains will be less than if you was leaner.

I tend to add a few turns to each meal in the summer and reduce a little in the winter. Come contest time I will measure via turns ie 4 turns per meal so I know what I can change if necessary come water manipulation.

Who set you your calorie goal? What is your goal? You should aim to run the same foods/cal intake each week before assessing and changing anything if needed.

Good way to ruin a prep in my opinion. You would need to offset the water retention with a good amount of diuretics and its not worth risks.

Bloods look good. I would take love heart and vital support to help cholesterol and liver values.

I would look at resolving the anaemia issue to see if this resolves the problem before looking at other options. 11mmol is lowish for your age. The upper end is 30mmol so almost 3 x the amount.

Nathan spot on as you are young and should be super fresh so shouldn’t need any joint products or kidney and liver if your natural. Food is the first thing your funds should go to then the products Nathan and others suggested will be a bonus.

Oral cycles are not the route as really you wouldn’t want to run them longer than 6 weeks which is not that efficient.
