Rest day today – cardio done and work today – Thursday is my busiest day so should get all my steps done nice and early so once I’m done I can have an early night sleep, which is key for me at the moment

Overnight won’t get at all, also cooking a few can keeping them in the fridge for a few days, but also prepping the powder and just adding boiling water – this still makes a nice consistency 😊
