I agree here switch out the broccoli for courgettes/spinach/asparagus to keep it low volume/ you could also use the TBJP veggie might pro as well in the AM

Upper day today – got it done earlier today as I was up super early and couldn’t get back to sleep so got my day started!

Hey Antonio – so some things to consider – the stage will always be there and you’ll never know unless you try! The asymmetry issue can be corrected with posing (I’m a posing coach and wouldn’t mind helping you with this ) but also spending more time to grow and feel really ready to get on stage
