    Hey Hunter, if this is what you can recover from then that’s fine, ideally I would input a rest day inbetween, the split Clare suggested is solid IMO!!

    So I agree here, it’s not about the meals it’s about being in a surplus, if you can get your set macros into 4 meals then that’s fine so is having 5/6 per day as long as you are having the cals needed

    3 days out and travelling to Vegas today!!! Anxious yet excited!! Trained this morning which was a good session!! Exciting travel today heading to Vegas on a private jet with Sarah, and Ashley! So grateful

    4 days out now!! Eeeeeek how has it come so fast!!! Final full day here in Texas before flying to vegas tomorrow! We also added some carbs and fats in today, dropped cardio and lowered steps 🫶🏽

    Rest day today, had a really good leg session yesterday but feeling wrecked today! Either way getting it done! 2 more days until I leave for Vegas! To hit Olympia number 6🙏🏾❤️

    Leg day today! Was a really good session considering where we are at! Happy with check in this morning still time to push more to get some more off! Once everything is boxed off for the day I will get an early night sleep 😊

    Nothing changes to be honest – strength may dip slightly but goal is to maintain strength till the end and still training with the intensity, if recovery becomes an issues then volume may be adjusted
