    I agree here with the goal to pack on size – running isnโ€™t going to be the best thing especially with recovery BUT if itโ€™s what you enjoy then you could add it in at a low frequency – I see you mentioned you feeling unfit last year – if thatโ€™s the case simply adding in some cardio in the form of elliptical /Xtrainer bike/ even some stairmaster will be good

    Leg day today!!! Feeling very rested after last nights sleep and improvement on sleep score ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ itโ€™s legs 2 focus today!
    Also a long day at work but have a big break which is where I train as I have space to rest before and after ๐Ÿ’ช

    Fasted steps to start the day ๐Ÿ˜Š and checked in this morning – we are still running mon/wed/fri check ins- all in all feeling good and had a good leg session yesterday! Sleep also getting better ๐Ÿ’ช

    Legs today!! Slept much better again last night – went out for fasted steps this morning and FaceTime with mum! All in all feeling more human now and looking forward to my session this afternoon! Still getting organized but feeling more settled back into routine

    This can happen where we become intolerant to things – I would take a break from them and suggest trying a rice based product! Like the TBJP cream of rice ๐Ÿš

    Much better sleep last night – out for fasted steps this morning with the pups was lovely too! Heading into work to use the studio for some posing clients in person and then training!

    Rest day today! And check in day! Weight was down .8 this morning! All in all feeling better and less tired ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ 1/2 day at work today and then will spend the afternoon finally sorting everything out from the Olympia and tidying ๐Ÿฉท

    I agree here, whittle down what could be the triggers, switch out the whey for vegan or the TBJP iso if you arenโ€™t using that already, eggs can also interrupt digestion so see if dropping them makes a difference as well as using the TBJP nutrition digest pharma pro
