The problem I’ve had is that I train a bit late in the evening around 7 to 9 pm because of work. So I know I’m not fully relaxed when I’m trying to sleep around 10pm. Therefore I usually take Zma directly after training. But have stopped and now I come him eat and then take dream sleep around 30 minutes pre bed time.
Okay with this I would try to go 1/2 dose and see how you feel with it! Also with training late are you using a stim pre workout?

I agree here , if this is making your anxiety then reduce the dose and from there if its still negatively impacting then i would remove it as its not crucial to use in order to get lean
