I agree here with the goal to pack on size – running isnโt going to be the best thing especially with recovery BUT if itโs what you enjoy then you could add it in at a low frequency – I see you mentioned you feeling unfit last year – if thatโs the case simply adding in some cardio in the form of elliptical /Xtrainer bike/ even some stairmaster will be good

Rest day today! And check in day! Weight was down .8 this morning! All in all feeling better and less tired ๐๐พ 1/2 day at work today and then will spend the afternoon finally sorting everything out from the Olympia and tidying ๐ฉท

I agree here, whittle down what could be the triggers, switch out the whey for vegan or the TBJP iso if you arenโt using that already, eggs can also interrupt digestion so see if dropping them makes a difference as well as using the TBJP nutrition digest pharma pro
