Feeling a bit better today!! 🙏🏾 busy day today with work till 8pm today but sleep was better again last night which was great! Not waking up feeling like I’ve been punched in the head haha!! Changes locked in and ready for tomorrow and also check in day tomorrow

Set up for leg day today but we are going to rest 2 days now – to give knees some recovery ❤️‍🩹 check in day today also – time to drop the hammer now which is super exciting! Also had a lovely call with Megs today too!!

Uncooked is more consistent- unless you are consistent with the cooking method and amount of water every time

Rest day – knees have been terrible last night and this morning! Not my usual pain but above the knee feels locked and gritty! Walking has been a challenge today, and even just getting up out of a chair! Not going to let it affect my mindset though 🙏🏾

Monday means check in day! Checked in this morning and fasted steps! Meal 1 in and full day at work today, in my break will train legs 🙏🏾hopefully knees feel better in this session

Wouldn’t say there is a best as everyone is different! You want a machine though that you keep continual intensity on
I like using the arc trainer – doesn’t hurt my knees or impact recovery
