    Leg day today! Sleep back on track now after the past couple of weeks have been waking tired back to now naturally waking at 5:30am refreshed and ready for the day!

    Working today 10-8 and will train in my break! Boxing Day doesn’t exist in the US

    Happy Christmas Eve!! One more sleep!! Today was a busy one at work all day and trained legs in my break! Knees are still not great but doing what I can with what is going on 🙏🏾

    I would definitely agree here and see a physio/sport therapist- this way they can scan etc to really see what’s going on and get a game plan going from there
