I agree here!! No need to count as such but making sure you are controlling the eccentric on the movement and as Michaela mentioned it doesnโt mean super slow but rather carrying the eccentric over pinging the load

Hey hey, I agree with the team – the split will depend on your frequency of playing football – if you could give us some more info on that equally running what you have seeing how you recover from it. Also if building your physique is your focus, as Haider mentioned focus on getting big over your football performance and do that for fun ๐๐พ
