    Leg day today and was check in day!! Legs was great today – training has been going really well! Check in – feeling happy with the look and how things are going! Excited to make progress especially in the lower body๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ

    Rest day today! Had a really good leg session yesterday and slept HARD last night! This morning check in/fasted steps and online posing clients then full day at work today

    I agree here!! No need to count as such but making sure you are controlling the eccentric on the movement and as Michaela mentioned it doesnโ€™t mean super slow but rather carrying the eccentric over pinging the load

    I agree here – as you mentioned not feeling well and fatigued – this weight can be a combination of inflammation and water! In agreement that taking full rest, no cardio and recover hard ๐Ÿ’ช

    Rest day today and check in day – we have upped food a touch today, feeling good! Not a heavy day today just sorting the house out, food shopping and meal prep today for the rest of the week ๐Ÿ˜Š

    Hey hey, I agree with the team – the split will depend on your frequency of playing football – if you could give us some more info on that equally running what you have seeing how you recover from it. Also if building your physique is your focus, as Haider mentioned focus on getting big over your football performance and do that for fun ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ
